In my experience, your service during my 3-day stay at your hotel was really satisfactory. Although the check in was a bit late, due to the fact that we were students from all the CBTis in the country, when we arrived at the room, everything was perfect. In a hall of the same hotel, your welcome together with our institution, took care of every detail so that we felt part of the academic festival for which we had all traveled from different parts of Mexico. On the third day, their organization of the farewell party, where there was music, lights and dancing, was the icing on the cake, I had never had such a good time in such a short time. The best of all was that we were away for many hours and when we returned, we noticed that they kept the place in perfect condition, clean but without moving anything personal from its place. In fact, it is difficult for me to have to leave my belongings in another place, this time it was not like that. They made me feel very comfortable, happy and calm knowing that I was in a safe place. The services we needed were within our reach and the facilities were very cozy. When we were about to leave the hotel, we had a delicious breakfast and also had a great time. I really appreciate all the attentions of your staff, everyone was very kind and understanding knowing that they were dealing with young people of different ages of high school, although at some point I felt that we gave a lot of discomfort, there was never a rudeness on the part of the hotel, basic indications that we could easily comply without unnecessary discussions. Everything was cool. Hotel Inn, you are the best, I hope to see you soon in Morelia again or wherever you are.
