Die Vordertafelperson (Cherokee) war völlig unhöflich, hilflos, unprofessionell, und machte mich fühlen, als ob ich mich störe (weil sie ihr Handy abschalten musste!) sie, indem sie um eine Eincheckung bat. Zwei Tage später (ein 4-night Aufenthalt) sprach ich mit der Früheskrankenperson (nachdem sie ihre Aufmerksamkeit vom Rücken Bürobereich, wo sie auf ihrem Handy spielen wollte) und bat mich, mein Zimmer mit frischen Handtüchern etc. an diesem Tag zu servieren. Sie sagte ”kein Problem”. Sie kam um 10 Uhr wieder ins Zimmer, um zu finden, dass nichts getan wurde. Sie musste auf den Vordertisch rufen und nach unten gehen und zumindest frische Handtücher. Das Frühstück war schrecklich. fast jeder heiße Artikel, Sauce, Bacon, Bisschen und Omeletten wurden jeden Morgen verbrannt und kalt. Der Kerl, der offenbar die Frühstücksfläche serviert hat, verbrachte mehr Zeit draußen als er jemals um Geschäftsreise kümmerte. Der Kaffeebereich war konsequent aus Creme, Der Countertop war schwarz, und der Kaffee war Luke-wärm am besten und einige der Kisten waren tatsächlich mit Kaffeeschränken gefüllt. Schließlich ist das Eigentum schwarz, der Foyer, der Aufzug, der Kaffeebereich und das Frühstücksbereich. Nichts leer, nichts geputzt. Nur grob rund um. Hatte eine Buchung für Thanksgiving reserviert, aber heute abgebrochen. IHG muss in diesen Ort schauen, da es eine Schande für die Marke ist.

Lange überlegt, ob ich vier Sterne geben soll - wegen des Frühstücks. Schließlich gebe ich doch vier Sterne, da der Rest überzeugt. Das Bask Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser, Parkplätze sind vorm Haus. Unser Appartement (Zwei Schlafräume) war riesig!. Große Küche mit allem, was benötigt (Pfannen und Töpfe sind selbst mitzubringen). Im 8. Stock hatten wir eine super Aussicht - beim Buchen unbedingt auf ein Appartement in oberen Stockwerken hinweisen. Sehr nettes Personal, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Alles sehr sauber! Platz im Appartement zum Verlaufen. Was will man mehr? Nun, das Frühstück ist ein schlechter Witz. Es wird geliefert - entweder ein kleines Sandwich, ein kleiner Bagel oder in Mini-Müsli - danach hat man Hunger. Kein Kaffee, den darf man sich selbst in der Lobby holen. Wir haben uns bei Loewes fürs Frühstück eingedeckt. Wir genossen das Appartement und die Umgebung. Wir lachten über das Frühstück. Das ist Urlaub :-)

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. I was traveling solo, and chose this hotel since it was one of the ones I could book with my Chase Ultimate Rewards. I figured it was in the average range, and I have had some good experiences with this brand of hotels in the past. Upon checking in to the hotel, there was a “be back shortly” sign but the guy was just sitting on a chair playing on his phone. A man walked over and loudly pronounced , “You look like you’re checking in!” which startled the concierge and he walked over to me. The man who had walked over to the desk was under the influence of something asking the clerk really bizarre requests and berating him and calling him useless. I give him credit for handling the situation with the man’s rudeness very well. However, the individual started trying to ask me all these questions about myself and being extremely uncomfortable. I was a female by myself, and when the man proceeded to start being pushy and following me the clerk did nothing to deter the situation. When I got to my floor, there was a common area outside the elevator. I’ve never seen this and I don’t understand why you would have that right around people’s bedrooms. Of course, my bedroom was right next to this and the elevators. I’d drove 3 1/2 hours after working a 12 hour shift and there’s a bunch of drunk people just hanging out on couches outside my room. The bed itself was extra firm, but the pillows had so fluff to them whatsoever, so I woke up early with neck pain. I had thrown on a coat (nice brand) and a hoodie (it has my first responder work emblem on it), because it was so cold to go out to my car. I don’t know what it was, but when I walked up to check out the lady didn’t look up at me and didn’t say anything. When I said I was checking out she acted inconvenienced and never looked up to make eye contact with me. People talk about the view here. I grew up near the ocean and found it underwhelming. If I bring my family out here on a trip, I definitely would not stay here ever again. Thank goodness I was only out here for one night.

Wir waren auf einer Straße und blieben für eine Nacht im Hotel Alice! Ich wünschte, wir hätten geplant, länger zu bleiben! Das Hotelzimmer war schön! Sehr geräumig und sehr komfortabel!! Alle Mitarbeiter waren atemberaubend und sehr bequem. Das einzige, was ich glaube, könnte verbessert werden, ist das Frühstück. Auswahl war ein Minimum an Bären.

Das Hotel war schön, großartig und das Personal war wunderbar! Sehr freundlich, unterkünftig und wir werden sicherlich für zukünftige Aufenthalte zurückkehren .. sie arbeiten an dem Pool, malen und resurfacen es und machen es im Inneren .. Das Restaurant unter den Treppen war erstaunlich!

Meine Tochter und ich besuchten zum Muttertag es war die beste Erfahrung aller Zeiten. Meerblick für Meilen zu sehen und freundliche Atmosphäre. Wir liebten es, beim Rauschen der Wellen einzuschlafen.
