"Die Lage ist großartig, es ist nur im Gegensatz zum Zentrum von Kawana. Einkaufen und Zugang zu Lebensmitteln und Restaurants sind großartig. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfreich, aber als ich berichtete, dass ich durch die Anwendung in einer Dusche geschnitzt habe, gab niemand eine Nachricht zurück und niemand kümmerte sich um sie. Der Duschebecken ist auf der Elbehöhe mit scharfen Kanten installiert, es ist ein dummes Design und eine falsche Wahl des Badeswaren. Wenn ich die Rückmeldung an die Rezeption gegeben und vermeiden, zu antworten. Keine Entschuldigung."

"Great place to stay in Mooloolaba. Only been open for about 2 months. Excellent room layout, very sensible. Lights & their switches are really sensible & easy to use. Often hotel rooms can be too dark. This one gives you all the options & does not require a drgree in lighting to make it work. Even a bedside light that enables you to easily read in bed. Quite spacious, comfortable bed and great shower. Beautiful seaside views on rooms facing the sea. Really nice restaurant on the 12th floor. At breakfast its reserved for guests.Unbelievably friendly & efficient staff. Food is great also!!"

I stayed in Holiday Inn Express and Suites and it is real 4-star with breakfast included this place is a joke as the facilities and room look outdated yet the room is expensive. The only advantage of this hotel is its location where it’s near the beach, however, the room I got is a studio room on the ground floor is noisy that you can hear people talk from the outside and the sound of traffic nearby."

"Eine angenehme Überraschung. Träg und geräumig Wohnung ca. 100m vom Strand entfernt. Fitnessraum, Sauna und Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Strand ist großartig mit riesigen, sanften Wellen und warmem Wasser. Leben rettet dort. Ein RSL-Lenkclub ist gerade am Strand und die Bewohner werden 10% von ihnen. Etwa 200m in die entgegengesetzte Richtung ist ein absolut riesiges Einkaufskomplex. Mooloolaba ist etwa 10 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Dies ist die perfekte Situation. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fan und das Hauptlebensbereich hat Klimaanlage. Sehr empfohlen."

"We stayed at the Mirage with our son, his wife and two children. The three bed apartment was perfect, with two bathrooms so well suited for multi-generational living. The apartment was well equipped, plentiful glasses and crockery as well as all you need for meal prep. The apartment was very clean as was the whole complex. The pools and pool area were immaculate and the gardens well maintained. The location is ideal, close enough for an easy walk to the beach but set back off the main road so it's nice and quiet. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by too. What made this place stand out was the fantastic communication from the Property Manager from booking through to check in and during our stay. This is clearly a property that is well managed and staffed by people who care. We would definitely recommend The Mirage."

"Absolut empfehlen Sie diesen Ort!! Recht von der Eincheckung, ein einfacher und informativer Prozess. Großer Kundenservice!! Guter Parkplatz, und sehr sauber Aufzug. Zimmer war fantastisch! Räumige, volles Apartment-Setup. Küche und Einrichtungen, gut ausgestattet. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Viele Ersatzteile/Kleider in beiden Zimmern. Die Badezimmer sind sowohl Haupt- als auch Ensuite, sind sehr sauber und gut vorgestellt. Betten sind komfortabel und mit Smart-TV eingerichtet. Sehr moderne Wohnung mit einem großen Außenbereich mit großen 6 Sitzmöbeln für Essen und oder Unterhaltung. Pool, Spa und Sauna wurden von meiner Familie gut genutzt und sind gut gepflegt. Wandern vom Strand und Haupteinkaufszentrum und große Speisen von Mooloolaba. Wir waren buchstäblich im Herzen von Mooloolaba. Ich kann nicht auf unsere nächste Reise warten, und ich werde ohne Zweifel wieder ein Buch Alexandra über den Pazifik! Vielen Dank für eine erstaunliche Unterkunft und Erfahrung 🥰"

"We had booked for eight nights and were really disappointed on arrival. For the price and the Trip Advisor rating, it simply did not measure up. Our unit appeared to have been recently renovated but it was a really cheap job. The light switches were not secure, the toilet roll holder leaned downwards, the wardrobe doors very thin and the bed gave me my first ever back ache on waking. It turns out that Sandcastles, although well located, is at the ‘poor end’ of the beach front strip and the area is unusually dark at night. My partner and I were shocked when we first walked into our allocated apartment (305) and felt no better the following morning. I went in search of alternative accomodation, which was difficult to find. Eventually found something, which was three bedrooms instead of one, and cost 2.5 times more than Sandcastles. It was worth every cent. Sandcastles is not serviced daily, the alternative one is. The lounge room/dining area is four times the size and we have a beachfront view. To be fair to Sandcastles, I did not say anything, except we were leaving early. They graciously only charged us for two nights accomodation and refunded the six nights. I was very grateful. The receptionist was lovely and the standard of accomodation was not her fault, so no point in carrying on to her. Sandcastles is a three star resort at best, and certainly not 4.5."
