Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern als Familie im Locanda San Paolo für eine Woche gebucht. Die Übergabe des Zimmers verlief reibungslos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten die Suite, die sehr geräumig war. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und würde unserer Meinung nach mind. 4 Sterne verdienen. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist sehr schön. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral in Mitten der Altstadt von Monza und sehr sehenswert. Es sind Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Shoppingmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nach Mailand sind es nur 15 Minuten mit dem Zug. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😍

This was a treat for myself, husband and mother a revisit after 20 years however it was an underwhelming stay unfortunately. The room we had a deluxe double was blah, no usable mirror in bedroom which was a pain, not sure about why that would be in a 4 star hotel. There is no tea or coffee in the room and I did message the hotel in Italian to double check on this and was told I could buy a coffee, however the room next to us had a tray with a kettle and tea for the room so this obviously was an option for some guests! Service at breakfast which costs 35 Euros was poor, children running around unattended, people smoking and the first day no indoor table for us, totally obnoxious with wasps, flies and smokers. The food provided was barely acceptable by today’s standards and the hot breakfast was cold every day. Really not good enough again for a luxury hotel. One evening we decided to have a nightcap this was an exercise in frustration, no service my husband had to go and ask for a menu then no one came to take an order so he had to go inside again to find a waiter. Everyone around us had nibbles with their drinks but yet again not served for us, our Italian friends could not believe our issues with this hotel as it is well known for hosting the formula one. The hotel actually lost out on business as we were planning on eating at the hotel for dinners but changed our plans and took our money into town where it would be appreciated instead. Maybe it’s foreigners they don’t like but my husband speaks perfect Italian so we have never experienced this in the past. I would not stay here again myself and would not recommend it which is a shame as 20 years ago this was a beautiful experience for all of us and my children.

Der Hotel ist extrem günstig (selbst mit Frühstück) im Vergleich mit andere Hotels. Die einzige blöde Sache ist die „selbst check in“ Nach 22:00 oder nach 23:00 Uhr. Ich habe die Buchung an der trip.com gemacht, trotzdem habe ich keine passende Reservierungscode (zu dem B&B Hotel) erhalten. deswegen war ich gezwungen an der Check in – Terminal mit Hilfe von der online Personal meine Check in zu machen. Es war halt gegen Mitternacht ziemlich anstrengend aber es hat funktioniert. Der Zimmer war relativ groß und sauber. Hier darf man eigentlich nicht meckern. Der Frühstück war viel zu gut für die sieben und halb Euro ich bin insgesamt zufrieden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Mit der Qualität und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis darf man absolut zufrieden sein. Und gibt es sogar noch eine kostenlose Tiefgarage.

The hotel is very impressive. Parking outdoors (free) and underground (€8 per night at the time) we left our motorcycles outside. There is 24 hr security who we saw patrolled often. Great service. The hotel itself spotlessly clean at reception, bar and dining area. All staff were superb, the receptionists were all so helpful and kind. The staff really couldn’t do more for you. I don’t ask for much but they went out their way to help. Dining until 22:00 which was ideal as we arrived at 21:10 at the hotel. We were the last to eat but staff were not rushing us. All in all fabulous hotel with great service. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

A stopover from Bergamo airport, this was easy to find and a good choice. The staff (Anna) was very good and helped us (me) with the elaborate and technical electrics in the room. The room is spacious and facilities are good. Parking underground was safe and inexpensive. Breakfast as vast and delicious. Highly recommended.

Ganz in der Nähe der Mautstelle, bequemes Parken, exzellenter Rezeptionsservice, geräumige, saubere Zimmer, großes Badezimmer, bequeme Betten, gut sortiertes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Ich schlage dem Reinigungspersonal vor, morgens die Lautstärke zu verringern, um den Rest der Gäste nicht zu stören

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Eine super Anbindung durch die U-Bahn und Straßenbahn. Man kommt in wenigen Minuten überall hin. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, allerdings hatten wir außer Check-In und Check-Out keine weiteren Fragen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten (also die Matratzen sehr bequem). Das Hotel bietet ein Frühstück, das wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, da genug Bars in der Umgebung sind. Die Fassade müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Lobby ist klein, schmal und sieht nicht einladend aus. Überhaupt sind alle Gänge sehr schmal, man hat das Gefühl, man ist in einem Labyrinth. Überall ist es ziemlich dunkel. Das Hotel hat keine Bar, was für 4 Sterne eigentlich merkwürdig ist. Die Minibar ist ebenfalls sehr spärlich für 4 Sterne - man hat drin nur Wasser (mit und ohne Kohlensäure), Cola, Bier. Es fehlt definitiv Wein (weiß und rot), Prosecco und Snack-Auswahl. Nimmt man ein Wasser raus, wird es nicht nachgefüllt am nächsten Tag. Eigentlich untragbar. Das Bad in meinem Zimmer hatte keine Ablageflächen, keinen Schminkspiegel und nicht mal ein Bidet (ein Nonsens für Italien). Duschgel usw wird auch nicht nachgefüllt wenn benutzt. Alles in einem finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passend und gut, nur würde ich es eher als ein „gutes 3-Sterne Hotel“ bezeichnen.

Habe vor meinem Flug dort übernachtet. Zimmer war sauber und alle Mitarbeiter freundlich. Preis war sehr gut. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Frühstück war im Preis inklusive und der Kaffee war gut.
