Der Preis ist angemessen, in der Nähe der Autobahn, günstige Lage, geeignet für Selbstfahrer, einfaches Frühstück und Geschäftsplätze in der Umgebung, praktisch zum Essen. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich ein Aufzug. Es ist ein langer Weg nach Montreal.

Wasser aus dem Duschekopf ist sehr schwach notwendig, um es zu reparieren oder zu ändern.

Meine Erfahrung im Hotel Montreal war absolut schrecklich. Von der unnötigen Mitarbeiter, die unvorsichtig sein könnte, dass Sie kleine Kinder haben und die Schlüsselkarten NICHT arbeiten musste ich meine Schlüsselkarte 2x pro Tag während dort. Die Antwort des Hotelpersonals ist, was möchten Sie, dass ich die Karten empfindlich machen? Checking in wurde mir die falsche Zimmernummer gegeben, weil es falsch geschrieben wurde, dann kam ich ins Zimmer zu finden, die Betten nicht mit befestigten Blättern kommen so Ihr im Wesentlichen in einem Blätter schlafen und dann die Matrix, die ich dachte, war unhygienisch so ich Fragte nach mehr Blättern. Der Haushalter kam und hatte seine Hände über alle meine Blätter, die ich annehmen sollte, auf zu schlafen? Die schlimmste Erfahrung und das schmutzigste Hotel, das ich jemals verblieben habe! Ich habe Bilder, die die meisten Bettwäsche und Pfosten mit einer Art Farbe auf ihnen haben. Die automatischen Eingangstüren funktionieren nicht immer, so dass Sie sie öffnen müssen, um nicht zu erwähnen, wenn das Hotel Partys hat, die Sie im Grunde nicht schlafen, weil Sie die ganze Aufregung hören können. Die Wände sind Papier dünn können Sie die Blei aus anderen Zimmern hören. Unsere erste Nacht gab es eine Alarmnummer, die nie wieder aufgestellt wurde und meine ganze Familie aufwachte um 12:00am. Dieses war das schrecklichste Hotel, das ich jemals gehabt habe und nie wieder bleiben wird und empfehlen Sie nicht hier zu bleiben, wenn Sie sich um Qualität und Reinigkeit kümmern.

We booked this hotel through Expedia. When we got there, the room that we booked was not available, even though we booked it a week in advance, and the website confirmed the reservation. When we entered into the room provided for us, we saw it was one bed and a small couch, which was not what we had reserved. When we went back to the front desk to ask for our reserved room, there was already another guest yelling at the man, demanding a receipt for the charges for the room that she did not receive. We explained the situation about the incorrect room to the man at the front desk, but he explained that the room was not available. We explained that we needed this room because we were a family staying together, but he (his name was Julian and he represented himself as the supervisor) refused. Because we overheard the other guest yelling at the other man at the front desk, we asked Julian to print the receipt confirming that they did not have the room. He provided us with one, and when we said that we did not want to stay because this was not the room we booked, he advised us to have Expedia call the hotel to refund us for our hotel charges. They assured us that we would not be charged. We never stayed in the hotel or any of the rooms, but they charged us for the nights. We had Expedia reach out to them, but they refused to refund any of the charges, saying it was ”nonrefundable,” even though they did not uphold their end of the contract. Expedia said they reached to their manager, a woman named Lisa, who again, repeated that it was nonrefundable and refused to assist them. Expedia sent them an email, explaining the situation, but they again, refused. They never apologized or tried to make it right. While there, we also saw another guest complaining that he kept receiving the wrong set of keys for his room, and so, could not enter the room. This was all within the span of 30 minutes. I have stayed in multiple hotels all over the country and this is by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Ist weit von einem Taxi 52.00 ca $ nach der Stadt oder versuchen Sie den Bus und Metro für 3.50 jeder Weg. Bus stoppt vorne. Metro ist ein kleines Gebäude alle gehen ab. Nächste Tür ist Hühner/Hamburger Platz. Bank Münzen zu bekommen, um den Bus zu fahren. nur Münzen nehmen. Walmart 9 min entfernt, aber kann in 3 Blöcken passieren. Bank. Hot breakfast waffle, Yoghurt, Paste, Getreide, Kaffee oJ. Oatmeal. 700 am. saubere Zimmer mit Laminatboden. große Dusche ersetzte das Tub. Englisch sprechendes Frontdesk. sehr hilfreich.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, es gibt einen Waschraum, sehr bequem, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ist geeignet für Kinder. Die geografische Lage ist hervorragend, die Reise ist sehr bequem, das kostenlose Parken ist sehr gut.

Maité & Simon were perfect hosts! They were always available for any and all of my questions and took care of our little family so well. From everything to an early check-in/late check-out so our babies could nap, to providing us with a highchair and playpen, it was so perfect! We had come specifically to Montreal to take our daughter to the Biodome and this location was just minutes walk away. Once in the room, they had a binder full of helpful recommendations and tips (the Oeuferie for breakfast was fabulous). We were even able to secure free on street parking but do watch out as Montreal street signage is tricky!
