體驗非常差!去到酒店説找不到訂單,然後讓我又付一次錢重新建一個訂單,叫我去找攜程客服取消訂單。結果攜程客服最後説酒店經理最後還是要走原訂單,會給我退錢。我聽到給我退錢我以為就沒事了,結果回來查信用卡賬單發現錢還是照扣。找攜程攜程又要我自己找酒店,給酒店郵箱發郵件兩個星期都沒有消息。打電話去問對方説這個郵箱根本沒有在用。電話裏面説給我退錢,過了一個星期還是沒退。又打電話過去又説我的訂單不是十二月的是十一月的。問他要了個郵箱給他發了攜程的確認函和在酒店另外付款的明細,還是在那裡裝死。
The experience was terrible! When I arrived at the hotel, they said they couldn’t find my reservation and asked me to pay again to create a new one. They told me to contact Ctrip customer service to cancel the original booking. In the end, Ctrip’s customer service said the hotel manager would still process the original reservation and refund me. When I heard they’d refund me, I thought the issue was resolved. However, when I checked my credit card bill, the charges were still there.
I contacted Ctrip again, and they told me to reach out to the hotel directly. I emailed the hotel’s provided address, but after two weeks, there was no response. When I called the hotel, they said the email wasn’t in use anymore. Over the phone, they promised to refund me, but a week later, I still hadn’t received it. I called again, and this time they said my reservation was for November, not December. I asked for an email address, sent them Ctrip’s confirmation and proof of the additional payment at the hotel, but they continued to ignore the situation.
