First day here and the place looks absolutely amazing. Really high class feel to the place. Tatiana the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, polite and funny. Whilst we waited for our room to be ready as we arrived hours early. We had lunch at the Italian restarting and erika and Amanda were so nice to us, great sense of humour, friendly and just a positive energy. Vinicius also brought nice energy to us even though he didn't serve us as much. It was clear to see who the managers were from their demeanour and body language and they do not bring the same warm and welcoming energy as the staff. No hellos or customer service but no need to deal with them so doesn't bother me as much, they could just not be around, that would be better for the vibe here. Overall really happy so far and the amenities are incredible, the views, the pool and the beach. Will leave another review towards the end of my stay to see if this continues.

Wir waren am 16. Februar. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett, aber noch wenig erfahren. Ausgezeichnete Lage mit außergewöhnlicher Aussicht auf die Terrasse/Bar.Gutes Zimmer, aber mit zu großem Bett für den Raum,aber komfortable. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtungen waren sauber Frühstück für im Hotel 4*.Das Buffet ist schlecht organisiert: - die Kompote sind nicht identifiziert - es gibt keine größeren Körner, um Joghurt mit Früchten zu essen - die Früchte sind zu dick geschnitten - sie haben keine Bullen, um mit dem Tee zu nehmen, die Früchte waren nicht reif. Brot (Bälle) ist von schmerzhafter Qualität. Es gibt keine rechtzeitige Sammlung von Schmutz auf dem Tisch Die Umgebungsmusik ist eine echte Katastrophe.Es ist Diskothekmusik (pum catapum) und ist immer sehr hoch. Wir waren in der Bar, um zu entspannen und zu lesen,Wir baten um den Ton zu herunterladen,aber trotzdem ist es zu unbehaglich.Die Umgebungsmusik in einem Hotel muss entspannend sein, weich und mit niedrigem Ton.Sie gehen nicht in ein Hotel, um Disco-Musik zu hören!!! Der Preis ist für die Qualität hoch.

Das Hostel hat eine tolle Lage. Genau neben ihm gibt es einen großen Park, wenn Sie mit dem Auto kommen und an der Seite hat es auch einen ATM. Metro und Busstation wirklich in der Nähe. Auf der Rückstraße gibt es viele lokale Pasta, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte. Das ist freundlich und hilfreich. Das Bett ist komfortabel und es ist super handlich, dass Sie 2 Socken und ein ”nachtliches Licht” gerade über Ihren Kissen haben. Sie erhalten auch einen Schrank, der unter den Betten ist - das ist groß und groß, um Ihre Sachen zu lagern bis zum Punkt, wo Sie Zimmer kommen spät oder gehen sehr Früh und dann macht es einen wirklich lauten Lärm. Die Dusche waren nicht so sauber, aber ich habe gesehen schlimmer, zumindest Sie bekommen Seife-Dispenser, die tatsächlich Seife in ihnen und es gibt auch ein Haartrockner im Badezimmer. Die WiFi-Strom ist großartig und funktioniert gut überall im Hostel. Die Terrasse ist wirklich schön gestaltet und ein toller Ort, um in den Tagen zu socialisieren, dass es nicht extrem windig 😆

Fantastische Wohnung. Ich war auf einer Einzelreise, aber das wäre perfekt für Freunde, Familienpaare oder Geschäfts. Vollständig mit einem Kühlschrank, Backofen, Küchenartikel usw. großer Duschedruck. Komfortable Bett/Bademäntel. Hatte eine kleine Frage einchecken, da es eine elektronische Kontrolle ist, aber es gibt ein Telefon verfügbar und sie schickten jemanden direkt um Hilfe. Die einzige Kritik, die so ein kleines Detail ist, war, dass ich das Essen, das in der Wohnung neben der Tür gekocht wird, riechen könnte. Andernfalls kann ich nicht fehlen! Sie haben offenbar 18 Standorte in Portugal oder Lissabon, so werde ich defo wieder die Wohnungen verwenden!!

Super schönes,modernes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und absolut perfektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist für den Preis definitiv empfehlenswert, viel kann fußläufig erreicht werden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Since I made the reservation, I asked to pay cash on arrival. I spoke with Francisco and with João Adrega. Both said it was possible, but they said that I needed to say the exact time of my arrival and I was talking by message on Booking since the 26th of February (my stay would start on the 3rd of March) with João and he insisted that he wanted the ”exact time ' of my arrival so he could send a member of his team to receive cash. I said I would let him know when I bought the ticket and I did. The bus left late and I let him know. I kept sending messages even when I arrived in Lisbon on the 3rd march and I called him saying that I was at the station and would take a taxi to get to the hotel quickly. But when I arrived at the Ascensor da Bica Lisbon Apartments, there was no one waiting for me. I enter to make my check in in the machine and called them by phone. A girl answered and said that no one would meet me to receive the payment because my credit card had already been charged. I was angry and asked to speak with João and I argued with him he apologized but I didn't accept it because he deceived me. Then I found out that my card was charged for the daily rates on February 28th. Between February 26th and March 3rd, João kept deceiving me: saying he was going to send someone from the group to receive the money and it was a lie because they had already debited. When I booked it was clearly described ”pay at the accommodation”, I sent a message asking if I could pay there in cash and they accepted. But it's all fake because I didn't pay for the accommodation, they charged BEFORE and BEFORE I even arrived in the city. On the 28th I was in Coimbra and they charged me. I had explained that in Brazil the charges and fees were high for those who pay by credit card and João just tricked me! I was irate and so was my sister, with his dishonesty deceiving us for 5 days. Unfortunate. I lost confidence because in addition to the advance, undue and deception I asked for the invoice and he said he would only send it at checkout, I insisted because it was clearly written in the reservation that the invoice would be delivered after payment when the person requested it. I sent requests every day and he sent me unintelligible things by messenger, and I started to receive a pdf with the Lisbon Apartments and so far I have not received anything. The location is good but the place is very poorly designed, a good designer would do better: the bathroom is terrible because it has no insulation and you hear everything the other person does. The sink could be inside the bathroom if the doors were sliding but it is in the middle of the accommodation occupying a space where you could put the bed and leave it away from the sink and stove. Sliding doors would have been a smarter solution in the bathroom which has another problem when showering, the hot water is not enough for two people and if one person takes a shower a little longer the water starts to get cold. The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were also very quiet, none of the usual banging about in the corridors or doors slamming. Outside noise was non existent considering there is a major road nearby. A tram system is within five minutes walk, this will get you to the ferry or railway station. The fares are vey inexpensive, also, a short trip (private transfer) from the airport. There is no alcohol for sale in the hotel, there is a Lidl a very short walk away, breakfast is ok but not great. I will return to this hotel with no hesitation.

Auch unter CV19-Bedingungen erwarte ich von einem Hotel, welches sich vier Sterne an die Fassade heftet, erheblich mehr. Jeden Morgen das gleiche Prozedere, Kaffee in ToGo-Bechern in einer Papiertüte zusammen mit einem Apfel und Holzmesser, in Alufolie eingewickeltes „Sandwich“ mit immer demselben Belag ( Scheibe Käse Scheibe Kochs*****en trocken ohne Butter). Mit etwas Glück hat es die Bedienung geschafft den Kaffee nicht umzuschütten und alles ist trocken. Aber das eine Stück Obst nun schön warm. Oder aber es ist alles durchnässt und der Tag wie auch das Frühstück „versaut“. Keine Spur von einem Teller, einer normalen Tasse, normalem Besteck etc. Essen aus der Hotelküche ist den Preis leider nicht wert. Carpaccio schön angemacht und in der Mitte vollkommen gefroren, also frisch ist anders. Der Hamburger zum einen „mini“ und im trockenen Brötchen welches auseinander fällt beim Anschauen (13€) sind ein Witz, leider nicht lustig. Bach nunmehr mehreren Aufenthalten, gezwungenermaßen, da alles Andere geschlossen ist, werde ich sofort wechseln sobald Alternativen vorhanden sind. Hotel selber ist sauber neu und modern eingerichtet, aber dues wird zunichte gemacht durch die oben beschriebenen Umstände SCHADE!!!!!
