First day here and the place looks absolutely amazing. Really high class feel to the place. Tatiana the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, polite and funny. Whilst we waited for our room to be ready as we arrived hours early. We had lunch at the Italian restarting and erika and Amanda were so nice to us, great sense of humour, friendly and just a positive energy. Vinicius also brought nice energy to us even though he didn't serve us as much. It was clear to see who the managers were from their demeanour and body language and they do not bring the same warm and welcoming energy as the staff. No hellos or customer service but no need to deal with them so doesn't bother me as much, they could just not be around, that would be better for the vibe here. Overall really happy so far and the amenities are incredible, the views, the pool and the beach. Will leave another review towards the end of my stay to see if this continues.

Wir waren am 16. Februar. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett, aber noch wenig erfahren. Ausgezeichnete Lage mit außergewöhnlicher Aussicht auf die Terrasse/Bar.Gutes Zimmer, aber mit zu großem Bett für den Raum,aber komfortable. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtungen waren sauber Frühstück für im Hotel 4*.Das Buffet ist schlecht organisiert: - die Kompote sind nicht identifiziert - es gibt keine größeren Körner, um Joghurt mit Früchten zu essen - die Früchte sind zu dick geschnitten - sie haben keine Bullen, um mit dem Tee zu nehmen, die Früchte waren nicht reif. Brot (Bälle) ist von schmerzhafter Qualität. Es gibt keine rechtzeitige Sammlung von Schmutz auf dem Tisch Die Umgebungsmusik ist eine echte Katastrophe.Es ist Diskothekmusik (pum catapum) und ist immer sehr hoch. Wir waren in der Bar, um zu entspannen und zu lesen,Wir baten um den Ton zu herunterladen,aber trotzdem ist es zu unbehaglich.Die Umgebungsmusik in einem Hotel muss entspannend sein, weich und mit niedrigem Ton.Sie gehen nicht in ein Hotel, um Disco-Musik zu hören!!! Der Preis ist für die Qualität hoch.

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

Günstig und wahnsinnig zentral gelegen waren wir von diesem Hostel sehr angenehm überrascht. Die Zimmer und das Bad sauber und nichts an den Stockbetten mit den Vorhängen auszusetzen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück dazugebucht aber dann doch jeden Tag dort gefrühstückt weil es ebenfalls günstig und vor allem ausreichend und gut war.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hostel. Das Zimmer war sehr laut, einerseits vom Stockwerk her und von der Straße. Auch war es stickig, weil das Fenster hinter einer Wand war. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder waren häufig belegt, da es zu wenige gab. Richtige Küchen gibt es nicht und nur auf 2 Stockwerken gab es eine einzelne Kochplatte. Auch gibt es nur auf einem Stockwerk eine Sitzgelegenheit zum Essen . Einen guten Herd im Erdgeschoss darf man aus mir unbekannten Gründen nicht benutzen. Der staff kommt dann sofort angerannt und fragt, was man da will. Der gratis Pizza Abend ist an sich eine gute Idee, die Pizza ist auch lecker. Allerdings wird erst für den staff gebacken und man wird erstmal verscheucht. Erst danach bekommt man eine Pizza und bei einem anderen Paar wurde behauptet, es gäbe nur eine Pizza pro Paar, während andere 2 pro Paar bekamen. Insgesamt recht anonym, es kam wenig Hostel Stimmung auf. Das Frühstück war für 5 Euro buchbar und sehr gut. Kaffee ist umsonst. Würde entweder ein 'richtiges' Hostel oder ein Hotel wählen.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Me and my partner booked the hotel for 6 nights. I had to lengthen our stay which was no problem with the hotel staff and they were very helpful and kind. Our room didn’t have the greatest view as it was directly across a Toyota dealership however we weren’t overly bothered about it. The room was very clean and so was the toilet, they provide a small fridge and a cupboard with a safe to place belongings. Our bed was very comfortable and served us well. They also offered free drinks downstairs in the hot drinks machines. They offended parking for cars and optional room cleaning service daily. The hotel is roughly 5 minutes driving away from the airport. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel ! The only problem we encountered which is the reason for 4 stars is that our toilet shower had an annoying problem with the temperature, it would go from warm to really cold and then proceed to really hot. Apart from that we had a great stay and we would recommend the hotel!

The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were also very quiet, none of the usual banging about in the corridors or doors slamming. Outside noise was non existent considering there is a major road nearby. A tram system is within five minutes walk, this will get you to the ferry or railway station. The fares are vey inexpensive, also, a short trip (private transfer) from the airport. There is no alcohol for sale in the hotel, there is a Lidl a very short walk away, breakfast is ok but not great. I will return to this hotel with no hesitation.

Auch unter CV19-Bedingungen erwarte ich von einem Hotel, welches sich vier Sterne an die Fassade heftet, erheblich mehr. Jeden Morgen das gleiche Prozedere, Kaffee in ToGo-Bechern in einer Papiertüte zusammen mit einem Apfel und Holzmesser, in Alufolie eingewickeltes „Sandwich“ mit immer demselben Belag ( Scheibe Käse Scheibe Kochs*****en trocken ohne Butter). Mit etwas Glück hat es die Bedienung geschafft den Kaffee nicht umzuschütten und alles ist trocken. Aber das eine Stück Obst nun schön warm. Oder aber es ist alles durchnässt und der Tag wie auch das Frühstück „versaut“. Keine Spur von einem Teller, einer normalen Tasse, normalem Besteck etc. Essen aus der Hotelküche ist den Preis leider nicht wert. Carpaccio schön angemacht und in der Mitte vollkommen gefroren, also frisch ist anders. Der Hamburger zum einen „mini“ und im trockenen Brötchen welches auseinander fällt beim Anschauen (13€) sind ein Witz, leider nicht lustig. Bach nunmehr mehreren Aufenthalten, gezwungenermaßen, da alles Andere geschlossen ist, werde ich sofort wechseln sobald Alternativen vorhanden sind. Hotel selber ist sauber neu und modern eingerichtet, aber dues wird zunichte gemacht durch die oben beschriebenen Umstände SCHADE!!!!!
