DO NOT BOOK! if I were planning another trip to Paris I would book a hotel IN Paris this hotel is 1 hour 10 mins out of pairs then you have to walk over a motorway from the train station through an estate & park to get to your hotel. The hotel itself isn't 3 stars it's less than 1. No toiletries, 1 towel, 1 robe, 1 coffee pod, 1 water for a room that is booked for 2?! The restaurant is not open on the weekends and there are no shops. On the last day, we ordered 2 coffees on room service then when checking out they tried to charge us for breakfast which is 30 euros?! honestly, I hated coming back to this hotel every day after leaving Paris worse hotel I have ever been to in my life. please avoid this if you want stress free trip.

Hotel isn’t as described in *********** This was supposed to be a Superior Queen Room and we paid more as a result for what I don’t know. Ac didn’t work in the room and was unbearably hot. Enough coffee pods for one person when two people were on the booking . Toiletries an absolute joke and only one robe. Tv had 2 English speaking news channels out of 48. Restaurant not open at the weekends. Needless to say we won’t book here again.

This was an overnight stop on our way from Calais to the south of France. Arrived at 7.45pm after an awful journey, just wanting dinner and a sleep. Dining area looked welcoming and we asked for the menu. Were told to download the menu from the QR code. Didn't want to accept cookies and my husband's phone was in the room. Asked for a paper menu plus a gluten free menu and were told to go and look at the menu in reception. Were told no gluten free menu, my husband ( who has coeliac disease and cannot eat any gluten) was told he could have steak without the sauce and maybe without the chips!! He asked if the chips were gluten free and waiter said he didn't know. Similarly we could not see a wine list to order from. Shocking customer service. We could not bear getting back in the car again so my husband asked if they could check with the staff if the chips were gluten free - clearly an inconvenience for the waiter. Food was actually good when it arrived but we were really put off by the general attitude. No towels in the room so had to return to reception for these. Room was fine although tv standby lights at the end of the bed (bright blue and red) could not be turned off so put a towel over them. Didn't stay for breakfast due to attitude/ lack of concern re gluten. Not encouraged to stay at Best Western again!

L'hôtel s'est grandement amélioré depuis qu'il a été repris par la chaîne Best Western. Accueil par le personnel avec le sourire et répond à nos moindres sollicitations. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses (pour un hôtel de la région parisienne) et bien équipées (dont un sèche-cheveux). L'insonorisation dépend de l'orientation de la chambre et de la proximité des ascenseurs. Le parking n'est pas fermé mais jusqu'à présent, je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Enfin le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Le restaurant est dans la moyenne de ceux de ce type d'hôtel de chaîne.

Très mauvais accueil, personnel pas à l’écoute des clients. Repas mauvais, service long. Personnel peu professionnel. Manque de chauffage dans la chambre. Personnel qui ne dit pas bonjour au client. Vraiment une mauvaise expérience !!

Horrible, rapport qualité prix médiocre, les chambres sont salles, ça sent la moisisure, fuite au toilette petit deje trés limité pas grand chose, le B&B est mieux sur la variété des produits et en plus moins cher

Très déçue par la prestation de cet hôtel. Accueil très désagréable alors que ma réservation n’avait pas été traitée, chambre avec de la poussière et des tâches par terre, serviette propre mais tachée, tout ça fait désordre au prix de la chambre et au nombre d’étoiles que l’hôtel affiche ! Pour le prix l’ibis a côté et le B&B de Bois d’arcy sont de bien meilleure qualité en termes de prestation! Je ne reviendrai pas !
