Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!! Dieses Hotel hat die beste Lage!!! Wir mussten nie nirgendwo hinfahren . Wir haben es nicht ins Kino geschafft, aber es ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite! Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht und war sehr sauber! Wir durften 2 Stunden früher einchecken und das Personal war super!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

Die Lobby war sehr sauber, ebenso das Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und nett. Liebe die fluffy-Pilze. Wir hatten ein nahe gelegenes Hotel aufgrund eines Roachproblems verlassen und wir waren so froh, dass wir dieses schöne, saubere Hotel gefunden haben! Das Personal war nett und der Fitnessbereich war auch nett. Sie haben sogar einen Pool und eine Splashpad-Area für Kinder. So cool!

Der Service hier ist erstaunlich. Wir fühlten uns wie Familie von dem Moment, in dem wir eingecheckt haben. Das ganze Team war freundlich und untergebracht während unseres Aufenthalts, und ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass wir uns begrüßt fühlen. Sie brauchen nicht irgendwo zu fahren! Wir gingen etwa 10 Minuten zu Market Street und dem Mall. Die Woodlands Waterway war auch lustig zu Fuß in der Nacht.

Let me start by saying, I've never written a review. I fully understand travel experiences come with unanticipated hiccups, and I never set high expectations for the sole purpose of avoiding being disappointed if things don't turn out the way I had hope/planned. I truly don't even know where to begin with this disaster of a ”resort”. I was so excited to bring my 14 year old son here for his Spring Break. As a result of staying here, I will NEVER stay at another Margaritaville property in my life, and I will be sure to spread the word to friends. Let's start with the aesthetics - The property is OLD and is in desperate need of a remodel. I'm not sure what year this was built, however, it was very dated and felt like I was sent back to 1992. The room itself was clean, however, the vents were full of visible dust, and the balcony was FILTHY - I wouldn't even walk out there. The amount of bugs on the balconies was a deterrent within itself, and by opening the sliding glass door that would just be an invitation for them to enter. Valet and Reception are both a joke - NO ONE ever answers the phones. I had so much stuff with us and as a single mom, I needed the help. When I finally went down to ask Valet for a cart I was told none were available (both on arrival and checkout). This was after seeing many other families with carts throughout our stay. I gave my feedback at check out and the front desk girl just said ”sorry you are disappointed.” THE FOOD!! This was quite possible the most horrible part of this entire disaster. The only edible entrees are the chicken tenders and the turkey wrap (poolside). The Landshark restaurant was beyond terrible - both service and food. The restaurants are so grossly understaffed. After waiting 45 minutes for a table at Landshark, and commenting that plenty empty tables were visible, they finally sat the 2 of us. The queso came out cold, so I asked if they could warm it. I checked on it twice after I sent it back, and it finally came out at the very end of our meal as I was getting the check - NO ONE offered to remove it from the check. Our entrees were beyond disgusting, and I couldn't even eat my shrimp tacos that literally had shrimp, cold shredded cheese and a cold tortilla. That's IT. The cafe inside the hotel across from the elevators has equally disgusting food. We ordered pizzas the first night and threw them both out. I door dashed all our meals after eating in all 3 restaurants on property and being equally disgusted with each of them. Poolside - this was probably the most enjoyable experience - despite the food app not working, minimal staff to take orders, and the $18 mixed drinks that were in the smallest plastic cups I've ever seen. Food was brought in a to go box and cheap plastic bag. Boat Rentals - we rented a motorized stand up paddle board that died 10 minutes after we got out into the lake. Had to be rescued. Ich war kürzlich eine Nacht im Hytatt Center im Woodlands Market Center und hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Nach der Eincheckung wurde ich warm gegrüßt und als regelmäßig behandelt. Ich fühlte mich sofort zu Hause und glücklich mit meiner Entscheidung, dort zu bleiben. Nicht nur ist das Hotel gut konzipiert und schön, sondern es ist sauber und fühlte sich unglaublich sicher, was ich wirklich schätze! Das Mädchen, das mich ins Haus nimmt, ging oben und darüber hinaus, um mir zu helfen. Sehr guter Service! Das Zimmer selbst hatte mehr als ich brauchte, war sehr bequem, sauber und komfortabel. Ich hatte eine tolle Nachtschlaf und allgemeine Erfahrung. Ich werde definitiv zurückkehren! Auch die Lage wird nicht besser in Bezug auf Spaß oder Geschäfts!

It was a beautiful hotel, clean, friendly and good food. The pool and gym were nice. The staff went above and beyond. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Texas.
