The WORST communication with an owner we've ever had...... We wanted to book a Loggia apartment for 2 nights directly with the property and initially the owner ms. Elisabeta Fanetti responded very quickly. Then she requested advance payment (to her PERSONAL bank account, maybe to save on taxes?) for 50% of the amount. On their website it says we should pay 30% in advance and that's why I asked her for confirmation on the deposit we should pay. Guess what - she absolutely dissapeared. For more than 11 days she did not respond at all. I have sent her 4 follow up emails with no response which was pretty shocking because there were less than 3 weeks left before we stay there. We needed to look for another place to sleep in the last minute. Absolutely disgusting attitude. I can't imagine what kind of horrible experience we'd get if we actually stayed there.

Casa splendida, pulitissima, cucina attrezzata e comoda. Letti molto comodi. Posizione tranquilla e perfetta per girate questo bellissimo territorio. Proprietà gentilissima, accoglienza squisita da parte di Giuditta. Grazie mille e a presto!

Agriturismo ricavato da un vecchio fienile, molto tipico toscano, Con piscina e spazio privato di fronte all ingresso dell appartamento, con sedie e tavolini. all interno ci sono elementi bellissimi come le maniglie delle porte, i dettagli si sa, fanno la differenza. È dotato di tv e tutto il necessario per cucinare e dispone addirittura di bagno schiuma, sapone e phon. La mattina con il sole leggero si percepiscono suoni e colori che danno pace e sazietà interiore, la sera, al buio, si sentono i fruscii degli animali che coccolano la mente.. . Questa è la campagna! La signora Elisabetta è disponibile e speciale, un saluto caloroso!

Abbiamo alloggiato qua con uno art box regalato, è stata una scoperta! Da Toscana, posso dire ....Posto stupendo della tipica tradizione Toscana... Casa rustica curata e accogliente ,pulita e composta dalle giuste comodità. Vicino al centro di Montepulciano, dista a soli 3km circa. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa anche se solo per una notte. Grazie per la disponibilità a Giuditta e a Elisabetta! Dovessimo tornare vi ricontatteremo!

FR Magnifique Séjour chez tenuta Sant'Agnese. Appartement tout confort, situé dans les vignes et très proche de lieux fabuleux (Montepulciano, Pienza et le Val d'Orcia, Sienne, Montalcino, etc..) et j'en passe. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de Giuditta et sa maman Elisabetta. De plus, ils produisent d'excellents vins qu'ils proposent en dégustation (Cantine Fanetti Tenuta Sant'Agnese). Les propriétaires ont d'autres chambres /appartement dans la région. Nous conseillons cet endroit et nous y retournerons. IT Magnifico soggiorno alla Tenuta Sant'Agnese. Appartamento molto confortevole, situato tra i vigneti e molto vicino a luoghi favolosi (Montepulciano, Pienza e la Val d'Orcia, Siena, Montalcino, ecc.) Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza molto calorosa da parte di Giuditta e sua mamma Elisabetta. Inoltre, producono ottimi vini che offrono in degustazione (Cantine Fanetti Tenuta Sant'Agnese). I proprietari hanno altre camere/appartamenti nella zona. Consigliamo questo posto e ci torneremo.
