Borgo San Vincenzo

An idyllic haven in the beauty of Tuscany. The BSV exceeded our expectations from the check in experience, to the grounds of the property, to the amazing staff and fantastic restaurant. BSV provides a natural and relaxed environment, with well appointed rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The property is set away from the road and is calm with the sounds of birds filling the air. The onsite restaurant produces consistently high quality food, we stayed here 5 nights and were not disappointed. The staff wrap up the experience and nothing is too much trouble. We fully recommend BSV and will be returning.

This hotel has exceptional service. The grounds are immaculate and the staff go out of t heir way to be of help. You can either do nothing at all and enjoy the peaceful environment or take advantage of the many activities the hotel will arrange for you. Our room was two levels and was very large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and most important...they were able to provide memory foam pillows! The food in the restaurant was exceptional. We had the opportunity to have several conversations with Shannon, the owner. She is extremely warm and welcoming. Make it a point to visit and stay at this wonderful location.

Review of stay in August 2023. Loved the location of Borgo San Vincenzo, next to Boscarelli Vineyards & Winery. Beautiful accommodation, the Jeroboam Studio by the pool area, a quiet room, very comfortable, with seating inside and outside. Although the garden area was a little overgrown despite the gardener tending to gardens around the pool area and restaurant, ours felt somewhat neglected. We enjoyed the lovely meals in the garden restaurant of an evening and thoroughly enjoyed all the Borgo wine. Including the wonderful Boscarelli wine 🍷 tour next door. A real highlight for us. Breakfasts in the lovely garden restaurant served by Dimitri, exceptional service by him each morning. The Tuscan pancakes a favourite, and the yogurt but sadly no berries to go with the yogurt so I requested them from Dimitri, of a morning. Shelly, who had recently joined was wonderfully welcoming and friendly around the pool serving along with Dimitri drinks & nibbles and a chat. Lovely personable introduction too with the owners Shannon & Scott & beautiful baby Kaia.

If you are looking for a quiet place with all of the amenities, this is your place. Search no more. Conveniently located in the heart of Tuscany. We had heard great things about it and weren't disappointed. The rooms have all of the conveniences while retaining old world charm. Their restaurant is excellent and the service even better. Wonderful hosts round it out. You will want to return for sure.

Absolutely stunning hotel and well worth a visit. The service and attention to detail is incredible, they have really thought of everything. They offer a brilliant set of experiences to explore the local area and take all the hassle out of booking. The food is excellent and you have to try the bbq on a Thursday evening that they run. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend.

We took over the Borgo for three nights with 40 guests to celebrate my husband's 60th Birthday and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue. Shannon and Scott and all their team worked with me to organise what was an incredible few days. We had guests travelling from Australia, USA & UK and they did everything they could to ensure they were looked after. Jonathan helped to arrange transfers and experiences including wine tastings, horse riding, yoga and e-bikes. Shannon and Scott put together a wonderful itinerary where we enjoyed a different event each day, ranging from a formal outdoor seated dinner for the birthday, a Tuscan BBQ evening and an afternoon lunch by the pool. These were accompanied by various spritz stations, cocktails and satellite bars set up within their glorious gardens. The food was superb, all our guests commented on how good it was throughout the three day affair. We were a lively lot and all the stuff were so friendly and accommodating. Special mention has to go out to Pasquale who tirelessly served everyone during the day with a huge smile, always eager to please even when asked for 15 Bloody Marys by the pool at 10.30 a.m. After dinner, everyone enjoyed the superb Flying Monk Bar where Felippo and his team looked after everyone and joined in with the celebrations. The property itself is beautiful, everyone loved their rooms and the attention to detail, the gardens and views. Our guests are fairly well travelled and they were all blown away by the property, the service and the experience that the Borgo provided. On a personal level, I couldn't fault anything, the whole team at the Borgo worked so hard to ensure we had the best time with attention to detail and excellent service but at the same time they were genuinely incredibly friendly and happy - I can't thank you all enough.
