Sandals Montego Bay All Inclusive - Couples Only

That was one of the best meals I ever had. The service was absolutely incredible from Michandia. She truly made the meal even all the more special for my wife and I on her honeymoon. She deserves a raise and she is the best!!!

The diddles are back from 9 nights in mobay. Wow, one of the best resorts we have visited. Food is very good and the staff are excellent. We stayed in a millionaire butler suite at the end of the resort. The roo. It is a few steps from the beach and amazing. Our butlers were great and sorted out a shady spot for us with a cooler, brought us snacks and generally just looked after us. Amazing drinks and food. Went to butch's twice at night as it was that good. The resort was spotless and the staff do a great job of keeping it thst way. We were a little worried about the plane noise but it did not bother us at all. We went to royal caribbean one night and thought the noise was more intrusive there Final.shout out to sean and the entertainment team. The energy those guys bring is off the charts. We'll see you again mobay. Peace and love

Man we love Sandals Montego Bay for the people and the service. Just spent a week in June 17th 2025. Let me tell you the staff there will do anything to make your stay great. Huge shout outs to the housekeeping manager who got me a mattress topper installed to make my bed more comfortable. We always get a butler room to help us with getting to dinner and providing us with lunch on the beach. Also huge thanks to Jerome and Granville our butler team for setting up a cabana each day and providing us a cooler for drinks. The latitudes waitress Aneshia was so attentive to making sure we had cocktails on the half hour. I could not be more impressed with our housekeeper Candice who made our room perfect everyday and the attention to detail by leaving a note thanking us for staying was just a classy touch. The entire staff always wanted to make your vacation worth it. Some people say sandals is expensive I say it’s worth every penny. We met a couple at the airport who did not stay at an all inclusive like sandals and they spent just as much paying for drinks and food. I was literally right on the beach and it is amazing. Our travel agent Jen from Knit Your Average Events is in the know for all things sandals. She has stayed at every resort and knows the rooms to pick and the best views. When you have a travel agent who cares more about her clients than anything they work with the resort to make things perfect. We celebrated our anniversary there last week and the staff, butlers and our agent made it perfect. If you are on the fence about sandals then don’t go to Montego Bay because you will be hooked for life. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our third stay at this property. They make it feel like home away from home.

The entertainment staff was fantastic! We loved Geo, “Super Mario”, Darrel, Christopher, and Caloney was the best bartender! Also, Jordan on the saxophone was amazing! We had a great time playing beach volleyball with the staff too! Everyone was wonderful and our view was beautiful!

We are diamond members of this brand and the quality and service has dropped way off. The customer service has dramatically went down in the last 5 years. We didn’t get the room we paid for and they said they upgraded us but the entire point was to get the room for the view and accessibility. Instead we are on the upstairs part and can’t see the beach at all. Speaking of the beach. Right now I’m looking at a bulldozer scraping seaweed off of it instead of the awesome view that I am supposed to Be seeing. Overall just a huge let down. May be our last trip to sandals for a while.

It was our 25th anniversary trip. They gave us a nice car ride (not the bus) as a nod to that, and were very kind. We got butlers just because they came with the room we wanted, and they did what was asked, but it wasn't something I'd do again (we go during a slow time so no real need). I'd have wished for more varied entertainment, not just lounge acts, but the talent is great. This is all very nitpicky. I think 95% of the staff said hello / good morning every day. Even the housekeeping staff really seemed to care how our visit was. The hospitality was real xoxoo. The cats were a huge plus, the landscaping was incredible, and the locals were just great to get to know! Shout out to the bartenders in the picture outside Butch's...we had a blast in the short time we spent there waiting for our table. The parrot actually told my husband he loved him (on video), our room was perfect, food was great, and we appreciate the entire experience!!
