房間內有兩隻蟲，一隻死了，一隻還在飛。
廁所內有蜘蛛，廁所板有污跡。
晚餐味道亦不太合我口味，價錢不便宜。
另外普通房間的待遇似乎跟高級房間不同，從用餐位置分配上可以看出來。

Beste Bewirtung, hochklassige Hotelzimmer, beste Erholung auf allen Ebenen. Chateau d‘Artigny ist ein Juwel im erweiterten Loire-Tal und eine erstklassige Adresse als Etappenhotel nahe der A10 gelegen oder als Liebesnest im Luxusbereich über das Wochenende. Nicht zu vergessen ist das Restaurant L‘Origan im Schloss.

Das Château d'Artigny hat als Schlosshotel einen speziellen Charme. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Aussenpool und einen kleinen Wellness-Bereich mit Sauna und Indoor Pool, den man über einen unterirdischen Gang erreicht. Das Frühstück und der Service haben noch etwas Luft nach oben. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge zu den Schlössern der Loire geeignet. z.B. Château de Chenonceau oder das Château de Chambord. Einzig das Restaurant ist für die gebotene Leistung wesentlich zu teuer. Zum Abendessen fährt man besser nach Tours, z.B. zum Place Plumereau. Da gibt es eine grosse Auswahl an guten Restaurants zu wesentlich besseren Preisen. Tipp: Nach der Zimmerbuchung erhält man umgehend eine Nachricht für eine Tischreservation für das Abendessen im Hotel. - Einfach ignorieren... ;-)

There is a definite 'wow' factor when you arrive and see the chateau for the first time. Unfortunately its all downhill from there. The rooms are spacious and functional but nothing special. The main issue is the rudeness of the staff. They just don't seem to want to help or view it as an imposition. My group had dinner in the first night and arrived at 8pm but didn't get fed till 10.30pm. The food was lovely when it did finally arrive bu there are not enough staff in the restaurant. If you don't have a car it is very limiting as there is nothing else in walking distance. We had to get a taxi to the nearest town Montbazon which is a 5min ride but cost €100 return.

Beautiful chateau and a wonderful property. We loved our stay and everyone at check in, the restaurant, the bar etc were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was a good value and we had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Will come back!

Loved the Chateau! Great staff. Yes, its a little shabby around the edges (but can you imagine the costs to upkeep this building!). It has a lovely charm, the views from the terrace are absolutely stunning. Our room was huge with a lovely balcony. We enjoyed sitting around the pool. The restaurant is great, but the only issue is that its a bit too expensive to eat there every night - so a cheaper alternative would have been good. We went into the local town to eat as well, which wasn't far. A lovely relaxing stay, in a beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful property badly in need of updating by some corporate sugar daddy which can afford the several million Euros this property needs to return to the grandeur it deserves. Physically lovely, but uncomfortable nonetheless. Our room, #4 I believe, was not airconditioned. Opening the windows for fresh air was discouraged because of the bugs that would be attracted. The fan we were provided was the equivalent of a youngster blowing through a straw. The restaurant was average, no better. Internet access, particularly for Apple products, was only available in the bar, and even there, only intermittently. I suggest avoiding this property until someone invests enough to make it competitive with other places to stay in the Loire.

A spectacular setting and an exquisite accommodation. Rooms in chateau had everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. The staff had even supplied a little treat for the children upon arrival. Welcoming and attentive staff and splendid dinning experience. Outdoor pool was just perfect in the hot weather and plenty of towels and robes at hand. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, for a wonderful stay.
