"Disappointing Stay Despite a Promising Start – L’Escale Resort Marina & Spa, Seychelles. We stayed at L’Escale Resort over Easter, hoping to create special family memories. Upon arrival, the experience began on a positive note—check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself has an elegant, modern design and initially gave off the impression of a true luxury getaway. We paid USD 8382 (plus 600 for extra bed) for 6 nights. However, things quickly took a turn once we entered our room. The lighting control panel was partially broken—only one of the three panels worked. Several lights didn’t function at all, and a power socket panel was damaged. While the rest of the room looked clean and comfortable, these maintenance issues were disappointing for a resort of this caliber. The following morning, we encountered more problems. Our key card suddenly stopped working after breakfast. We were told this might be because it had been near a phone, which seems like a weak excuse for what is likely a system issue. "Mon expérience à Papaya a été tout simplement inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande chaleur et hospitalité. Nous avons eu un logement spacieux. L’emplacement est idéal, la maison est central ça nous a permit d’atteindre les spots rapidement tout en offrant un cadre calme et reposant. Je recommande vivement cette guest house à tous ceux qui cherchent une escapade authentique et relaxante. "Небольшой уютный отель. Подходит, чтобы провести там 1-2 ночи перед регатой, для более длительного отдыха уже не подойдет. Пляжа рядом нет. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приветливый. Отвечают на все возможные вопросы, помогают с вызовом такси. Завтрак вкусный, выбор по меню из нескольких вариантов."

"Very nice location 5 min walk to Bo Vallon beach, a lot of supermarkets and food outlets nearby. Apartments are new, clean and have everything you need. Staff are super friendly and eager to help you! I highly recommend this hotel, great value for money!"
