They are like your gracious family away from home. My special kudo's go out to the General Manager, Mr. Rabih Rzeidan, who took it as his mission to find my missing luggage! The un-named airline (RAM) provided NO assistance over 2 days, whereas Rabih via his channels found my luggage and arranged transportation so I could reunite with it prior to international travel the next day. He didn't have to do this for me, but happily and graciously did. The entire Mamba Point Hotel family display the same welcoming spirit. it's a great place to stay for business too, but make it your pleasure as well and stay there for leisure!

Ich war im März bis Mai 2021 in dieses Hotel und war aus dem Hotel, während ich für Arbeit reiste. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich in der Layout, aber sind im Allgemeinen komfortabel und sehr sauber. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich - leider gibt es eine oder zwei Ausnahmen, die meine Bewertung verringerte. Insgesamt hatte ich einen komfortablen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel empfehlen, wenn die Lage für Sie günstig ist!
