Cool and Calm 4bd 4ba close to all amenities in the city,

Quiet Place to Stay We truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our party of 6. The back porch was nice for waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee. The host was very responsive to any message I sent. We would stay here again.

Not what we expected I had to call the owner the day before because I had not received any information, and he assured me he would send it. Two hours later I had to text him to let him know I had still not received it. He called me at 10pm the night before our arrival to let me know he had just sent it. He also called me at 4pm to let me know that the house wasn't yet ready because they were still cleaning it. The house was hard to find because it has no house number on it and the mailbox is laying on the ground. The mattresses were very uncomfortable for two of the beds. The shower handles were fixed so you couldn't turn them far enough to get hot water, so we ended up showering with lukewarm water. The kitchen was not well appointed and only had a small table with 4 chairs. There was no ice maker nor were there even ice trays. Although we didn't use it, the grill was a small smokey joe and the "playground" was hard to get to because of a broken piece of fence laying in the way. It also didn't look very safe to use. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size, but one of the bathrooms didn't have a toilet paper roll holder and the shower floor did not look very clean. We ended up coming home a day earlier than planned. We have stayed in quite a few different VRBOs over the years and this is the first time we have had to leave negative feedback.

Weekend lodging The owner was responsive and helpful. The house was clean, spacious, and everything we needed. It was especially nice having 4 bathrooms. Great place yo stay! Highly recommend.

Excellent! Oh my gosh, this Vrbo was perfect for my family! We had the opportunity to meet the owner and she is just the sweetest! I have no complaints about our stay. Property was clean and well maintained. I will be booking this property again when I go to Monroe to visit my son. My son also will be recommending this property to other family members and friends that come to visit.

This property was very clean and spacious. It is on a main road so close to nearby activities, yet quiet. Having extra bathrooms was also nice.
