"Das Resort bietet einen sehr schönen Komplex direkt außerhalb von Portimao in Algarve, Portugal. Wir wurden von den Einrichtungen auf der Website und den Lebensmitteln beeindruckt. Ihre Mitarbeiter, insbesondere Herr Joao Figueira, waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass wir ohne Schwierigkeiten in allen Einrichtungen umziehen konnten."

"Hotel is in perfect location within the historical site, the room is clean and comfy. Beautiful pool in the middle of the garden. Despite all ups, the downside was the service in general, however the reception was helpful when asked. Tips: Avoid staying the same floor as the reception because there is a staff room next to you, and the staff come to chitchat in the room and the hallway (the same hallway as guest doors, clearly echo). Beware of hot food running out from breakfast way earlier than closing time, you cannot request those eggs, bacons, mushroom if it's runs out. even there are many guests coming in and was no hot food. Like other comment says the hotel is full of potential and personally we think its a very peaceful & lovely place with historical charm. Just the frontline service staffs around the place still far from that so called well service. House keeping were friendly and helpful, gardening maintained well. Enjoyed the place and once learned to didnt expect any service, Its was the best way."

"Gostei da localização, o quarto muito bom. A melhorar o aviso que a recepção não é no próprio hotel,e sim no hotel central a 100metros."

"My room wasn't ready so I was given a free drink token. Unfortunately it was impossible to use as the bar where you could claim it was closed and they wouldn't let you use it anywhere else. Also the restaurant wasn't even half full and they wouldn't take walk ins. Very strange. Although the room was nice and clean and the pool area was nice. Quite hilly so not suitable for those whom can't climb lots of steps"

"Llegamos el lunes 11 a las 15.10 fuimos a la recepción a hacer check in, según su página a partir de las 15.00 podíamos entrar a las habitaciones. Después de esperar 2 horas para que nos dieran las llaves, según ellos porque no habían llegado las almohadas… entramos en la habitación y decidimos quedarnos esa tarde en la piscina. Apenas 30 hamacas en toda la piscina para más de 60 personas, nos obliga a tirarnos en el césped. Desayuno buffet, pobre… repetitivo todos los días. El jamón serrano el mismo que iba sobrando todos los días, a día de hoy estaba de color verde (poco apetecible). La habitación normalita, los amenitties nulos… apenas una caja con pañuelos de papel y un gorro de ducha… sabemos que había más porque nuestro amigo tenía bastoncillos de algodón y limpiador de zapatos. Ni siquiera un cepillo de dientes. A las 17.00 aún no está la habitación limpia… pedimos por favor que nos la hagan y tardan más de 1 hora en venir a hacerla. Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas bastante normalito… me esperaba más después de pagar 700€ por 5 noches."

"Serviço muito bom. Adorámos conhecer este espaço, infelizmente a piscina interior estava fechada. O espaço estava limpo e todos os dias a senhora vinha fazer limpeza. Fica localizado um pouco afastado da zona centro cerca de 20min, mas para quem gosta de sossego é um sítio excelente. Todo o staff educado, esperamos voltar 🥰"
