"The room was great, customer service was good, not the motels fault but the water from the shower smells bad. (Same at other motels in the area) water pressure was low but usable. TV is a joke it's tiny. The parking lot is very small especially with all the construction workers with big trucks staying here. The staff does there best to accommodate everyone though. Suggestions I have for the motel would be bigger tvs in rooms and a bigger fridge with freezer. Other then those two issues, I have and will continue to recommend this place."

"The 1st 2 nights were pleasant, our 3rd night there was people in the room above us making banging noises and dragging what sounded like furniture across the floor all night long. We didn't get any sleep so we left a day early. Very loud people upstairs. Not happy. I would like a partial refund for leaving early because of the noises. I let the manager/owner know and she knew right away who I was talking about. There was no ice machine, no vending machines or laundry as signs at hotel stated. Also only access to office was through a small window because the door was always locked. Not good customer friendly. There was cracks in the toilet, just an older hotel. The location was nice. I want a refund for the inconvenience...😥😥"

"Broken table in room. Broken chair in room. Lock in original room was broken. Extremely rude customer service. When I asked to be in a different room, she insisted that it was my fault the lock was broken. Website says per friendly. Not pet friendly at all."
