酒店位於漠口老街，老闆打造了一個集住宿、餐飲、娛樂、旅遊於一體的綜合商業體，有漠河縣衙，有餐飲一條街，有酒吧………即將全面盛大開業。整體規劃設計不錯，看得出老闆投入不菲，也很努力。但細節不太到位：比如淋浴房漏水；説是有洗衣房，但沒洗衣液，洗衣房在一個犄角旮旯，酒店要換洗的床單全堆在那裡，跟全季亞朵等連鎖酒店的洗衣房完全是兩碼事。服務人員缺乏訓練。早餐餐盤濕淋淋的，看着沒啥可吃的，於是拿了兩個雞蛋，被服務人員阻止説每人衹能一個雞蛋，這好像不應是400多元酒店應有的吧。午餐點了一個小雞燉蘑菇，裏面吃出一堆雞脖子，餐廳裏還有蒼蠅飛舞。真希望老闆除了硬件投資外，服務上更要多下點功夫。我本想多住幾天的，但被服務嚇住了，住了一天，趕緊退房走人。

從北京一路向北，來到了祖國的最北端。北極村是個獨立的村落，各種民宿挑花了眼，最終選擇了闌珊民宿。 住了兩天，騎着小電動把北極村賺了個遍，感覺闌珊是整個村子裏最乾淨、最漂亮的民宿。 老闆夫妻倆人也超好，前台放着小零食，要任何東西都是大方的給，生怕你不夠。房間呢，乾淨又温馨，床墊超舒服，睡了兩晚好覺。難得的是位置也很好，去廣場不遠，又很安靜。 途中還發生了個小插曲，進村時把傘落在擺渡車上了，臨走才發現。本以為就找不到了，抱着試試的心態問了老闆娘珊珊，老闆娘二話不説聯繫了服務中心，幫我找到了雨傘。小小舉動，很温暖，是我們心中東北老鐵的樣子！ 闌珊，你就住吧，包你以後再去北極村還會訂闌珊~

就衝著酒店自己焊的【潑水成冰】的專用水舀子，就得強烈推薦大家來住！ 燒了壺熱水帶了房間的杯子，路過前台，被告知已經給我們準備好了開水和水舀子，這水舀子設計獨特，成功率100％。記得要逆光拍。 晚上怕車上凍，沒熄火，酒店擔心是我們忘記了，還專程上門提醒。 這些小細節非常感動！ 房間住宿基本要求這些沒必要單獨講了，沒有任何問題，非常非常好，標準4星級。 長年出差＋旅行，原本是懶得點評，除非特別值得！

Und vor der Tür des Polar Museums ist der Hauptbahnhof, die Aufmerksamkeit ist der Hauptbahnhof, das ist für die Reise im Dorf zu bequem 😁
