Schönes Hotel. Ware für 6 Wochen Gast. Essen und Getränke sind lecker. Personal im Restaurant stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Besonders erwähnen und grüßen möchte ich das Stammpersonal im Restaurant Bereich Pregaden alias Suza, Sandrine und Mariem. Vielen Dank für Eure Gastfreundlichkeit.

Very good hotel Novotel standard , but the staff there is so good and friendly from the bar to the restaurant and to the reception , special thanks to Asmaa for her professionalism and kindness and thanks to all to make my business trip look like if I am at home

Probably the best hotel in the area, but... The interior is not very well maintained, lots of small cracks, scratches, minor broken things that you don't expect in a 4 star hotel. It's a pity that probably customers have little respect for the place and the staff cannot manage so many issues. The staff is slow, everything takes o lot of time. The beach is public, not very clean probably because is very popular with the locals day and night in the summer. It's also difficult to get to the hotel in the evening, crowds of people, streets closed for cars until 3 in the morning. Best thing about the hotel : the pool and the sea views. The pool is excellent, big, deep, extremely clean all day long. The SPA is well managed and rhe services are very good( pricey but worth it)

hôtel super super propre, salle de bain design et super propre, linge de lit frais et propre. ménage fait quotidiennement. hôtel idéal. smart tv dans le salon et la chambre avec Netflix :) je garde l’adresse pour mes prochains séjours sur Mohammedia le personnel est très agréable. deux piscines dont une avec deux petits toboggans pour les enfants. mon fils de 7 ans été très content et déçu de partir. l’un de mes meilleurs hôtels du Maroc

Was zu sagen, ein schönes Schiff ohne Richtung fahren ... - Frühstücksbuffet aber Sie haben nur das Recht auf 1 Kaffee ohne Ihren Frühstück ..., aber das hängt vom Server des Tages ab (kein zweiter Kaffee am Sonntag, weil die Sicherheit zu einem Server wird und Ihnen neue Regeln erklären). - Hausfrauen, die versuchen, Ihr Zimmer zu öffnen, während Sie um 10 Uhr morgens schlafen, weil die Empfangsstelle/Direktion (falls vorhanden) ihnen nicht sagt, dass das Zimmer beschäftigt ist. - Geräusche von Gemälden an der Eingangseite Ihres Zimmers, ohne dass die Empfangsstelle Sie informiert oder Ihren Zimmer wechselt. - kein Büro im Dreibettzimmer, also nicht in der Lage, komfortabel auf seinem Laptop zu arbeiten. - eine lachende Empfängerin, die Sie jedoch immer bei jeder Phase das Wort schneidet und Ihnen erklärt, dass sie weiß, was Sie sagen werden... und Sie oft neben der Platte antworten (Sie erklärt mir nicht, warum ich am 4. Tag nicht das Recht habe, 1 Kaffee zusätzlich zu haben, und geht sogar weiter, indem sie mir erklärt, dass es so ist überall !!! ) - Kleine, entsorgbare Kunststoffblätter überall (für Kaffee, Yaghurt, etc), Denn man erklärt, dass es für Ihre Gesundheit ist, damit Sie den Knoblauch im August 2023 nicht fangen ..., aber dass diese Regel nicht auf andere Stahldecken gilt, die man auch in den Mund setzt, wie die Bande !!! )
