Hotel Western Premium

Hotel is very good, clean, well managed, service is ok, food is ok. Only location of hotel i didn't liked.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. My room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities i needed for a pleasant stay.

Hotel staff is very good, their nature is very nice, hotel ambience are great, their room service was nice, i recommend this hotel

It's a small boutique hotel with neat and clean rooms and lobby. The food preparation is just amazing

Its a new property but most likely to decay soon as majority hotels in mohali/chandigarh due to non-maintenance and poor housekeeping services. We do prefer to stay at this property due to the infra and connectivity however, its been many times that the housekeeping would not be done till evening and when you reach back in the evening after hectic schedule of the day, the room would still be in the same state as you left in the morning and upon inquiring the staff will tell you "you did not inform us about housekeeping" as if housekeeping is only to be done if you tell them to. There are chances that the same sheets will be tidied up, if you notice, you notice.
