"The service is really good, the rooms have a really good view, but the highlight of our trip was the food! Truly delicious and something not only beautiful but very tasty too. One of the things I recommend from the menu is the grilled chicken breast, and the guinea fowl ravioli! The rooms are cleaned everyday, and the parking is really convenient. If you plan going here during ski season, the ski bus station is really close to the hotel and you can even get a discount for the tickets at the reception. Additionally, you can also get a discount for renting your skis! The staff is really friendly and helpful, most of the workers know English! I still dream of the omelettes for breakfast, and I really recommend coming here with your family or friends!"

"The hotel is conveniently located, just outside the center of Moena. The rooms are well furnished (even if the choice to leave the shower area without doors leaves some doubts). The food is more than decent, including afternoon snacks. The covered garage is convenient. These are the positive points of the structure. Then there is the rest. The rooms are cold and impersonal. An unjustified series of gray metal doors with panic bars and hanging paper signs obviously does not help. The stairs are cold, even climatically, with white walls and abundant presence of granite that seem more suited to a parking lot than a mountain hotel. To reach the "wellness & gym" area you have to pass in front of the bar area, in cold environments, without a minimum of privacy. Once you reach the "wellness & gym" area, go through the door with the panic bar, you find the swimming pool, which is small and therefore overcrowded, there is no space to change or dry your hair after the shower. The SPA area is integrated into the pool area, with a sauna and Turkish bath that directly overlook the pool edge; no space to relax and isolate yourself. The maids threw away, evidently considering them as garbage, beer caps that were lying on the bedside table among books and notebooks and that in reality were souvenirs for collection. Many difficulties were reported to the reception, but the person shrugged, attributing many difficulties to the recent opening and to phantom administrative difficulties. In short, a disappointment from many points of view and the doubt of how this structure, without even a sign, can boast of having 4 stars."
