Manager is extremely disrespectful and uses his power of authority to bully customers, and take the deposit money plus from the occupants.. after being asked to vacate the property he went in the room to do a
Thorough examination of the room and after he was done he approached me and said I have what I need to financially be able to charge your card for more money give me a grin on your face and walked away throwing his middle finger towards me.this was all stemming from the fact that my girlfriend had a girl friend slept over soo when they woke up in the morning there was 5mins left before breakfast ended and so they rain down there so they could grab the free breakfast they offer in the morning so when they were down there the manager asked them what they were doing they said grabbing a little breakfast before you close so his respones was we don’t need your kind here, went back to the office and proceeded to attemp to charge my card on file for 50 dollars plus took my complete deposit of $100 dollars.then came to my room and proceeded to kick use off our of the room and off property.. THE MANAGER IS ONE OF THE WOREST MANAGER I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH…alAfter all that he has the room examined and the only thing they found was a small stain and he comes and showed me that he can now come after me for damages .. because of small stain.. wow very bad experience!
