Hotels in der Nähe von Alternative Farm Miyako, Miyakojima

As a small business owner, I usually cut businesses a lot of slack but I have to speak up about an absolutely horrible stay at the Miyako Breeze Marine Bay Hotel (part of the Shigira Seven Miles Resort). We paid 1,400 USD for myself and my daughter for a three night stay. The room had cockroaches, a horrible poop smell came up from the bath trap and the beach at the resort was closed due to a “typhoon” the day before the typhoon arrived. All other beaches on the island were open so we rented a car and swam at five amazing beaches. The service at the hotel is horrible. I have lived in Japan for over twenty years and speak Japanese so language was not the problem. The worst experience was the last night I was eating with 20 friends and they said I could not get the course menu that night because “there was no more food”. I wanted to pay for the course but was told “no food”. I was last to join the dinner party so accepted to eat buffet. I was told four times by the assistant manger “not to share my buffet with anyone”. It was like I was five years old. Got the message -no sharing my buffet. However, When I sat with everyone else they served me the course appetizer as everyone else. I was confused, so before eating we checked that everyone else had their appetizer plate. Everyone else had their plates so I started eating the appetizer assuming maybe they found food. Half-way through the appetizer the waiter came up and took it away saying, “no you buffet”. I said ok, but let me finish so you don’t waste the food. He said “no throw away”. Absolutely crazy behavior. I served myself buffet all night (not a problem). Note: The course and buffet looked very similar. When coffee was being served out of a coffee carafe, I asked if I may have some since they were serving my party and again I was told “no you buffet”. It was being served out of a carafe, not being made one by one. The kicker was they had enough food for me to pay for the course meal in the end, and I was willing to pay the extra $20 :-). Horrible behavior from the staff. Worst Japan service I have experienced in 20 years!!! Please do not spend you money at the Shigira Seven Miles Resorts (which includes the hotel we stayed at).

Globalement c’est un très bel hôtel tout neuf et propre. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant cependant très grosse déception. Déjà l’hôtel est au milieu d’une zone de travaux pas très jolie. Après 3 semaines de voyage fatiguant à travers le Japon nous avons décidé de venir à Miyakojima pour nous reposer et profiter du soleil. A notre arrivée on nous annonce que la piscine sera fermée le lendemain à cause de la météo (alors que celle-ci prévoyait un grand soleil), sans nous donner plus de précisions (communication difficile car le personnel ne parle pas tous anglais). Le lendemain en nous renseignant de nouveau sur cette histoire de piscine, on nous apprend finalement que la piscine est fermée jusqu’au mois de mars pour la saison hivernale. A aucun moment lors de notre réservation cela n’a été mentionné et non expliqué clairement à notre arrivée non plus !! La plage est accessible mais aucun transat disponibles, on nous invite à nous rendre à la piscine intérieur … et a l’extérieur le soleil brille et il fait 30 degrés. Vraiment insensé ! Nous devions rester 6 nuits, nous avons changé d’hôtel après 2 nuits. C’est le seul hôtel de l’île à appliquer cette règle de fermeture hivernale. Si vous n’avez pas la plage ou la piscine dans ce genre d’hôtel il n’y a rien a faire du tout !! Très déçus du Hilton.

　Das Zimmer ist sauber und großartig und die Landschaft ist schön. Dies ist ein Freizeithotel. Ich wohne im Zimmer im 10. Stock, die Landschaft ist sehr gut, ich fühle mich sehr entspannt. Fernseher ist sehr groß und ist sehr leicht zu sehen. Es ist sehr groß, Sie können komfortabel schlafen. Die Sofa ist etwas ungewöhnlich und einfach zu sitzen. Die Zähne sind ein bisschen luxuriös, die Zahnpfeife ist sehr einfach, das ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen großen öffentlichen Badewanne, die sich glatt fühlt, wenn sie gebadet werden. Leider wurde am Tag, an dem das Frühstück bestellt wurde, gesagt, dass es nach 9 Uhr sein sollte. Ich glaube, es hilft nicht in Corona, aber es ist ein gutes Hotel. 　

Es ist nahe der Stadt, aber etwa 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, so dass es keinen Lärm gibt, können Sie sich bequem fühlen. Wir haben Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Waschmittel usw., so dass es sehr geeignet ist für Menschen, die müde oder unzufrieden sind, wenn Sie ausreisen, und lange Zeit. Der Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von San-A entfernt, so dass Sie kein Problem haben. Der erste Stock hat auch einen Parkplatz, der 10 Autos parkieren kann. Es ist in der Stadt, so dass es keinen Blick gibt. Es ist nicht geeignet für diejenigen, die sich wie ein Urlaubsort fühlen wollen, aber es wird empfohlen, diejenigen zu verwenden, die es nicht stören.

Sie können den heißen Hafen und die Insel Elab aus dem Zimmer sehen. Die Sonne ist auf der linken Seite fallen, aber leider gibt es ein Hilton Hotel (im Bau), und Sie können den Sonnenuntergang nicht beherbergen. Wenn das Zimmer nicht kleiner ist als das hochwertige Zimmer, dann ist das Zimmer sehr klein, es gibt nur etwa 20 cm Platz zwischen dem Bett und dem Sofa, und es gibt keine Schleifen, so dass, wenn Sie Ihre Handtasche auf den leeren Platz setzen, es fühlt sich wie beim Zusammenstoß zu Fuß. Leider ist die Klimaanlage voller schwarzer Schlamm, der Geruch ist seltsam und das Badezimmer riecht wie Schrott. Wenn es regnet, wurde der Korridor überschwemmt und blieb so. Ich freue mich auf das Frühstück, weil es ein Bild von Eissand im Hotelbild gibt, aber es gibt nichts, wie ein billiges Geschäftshotel. Ich habe kein warmes Wasser geliefert, nur Kaffee, also glaube ich nicht, dass ich etwas dachte. Es gibt japanische Gerichte, aber nur die Suppe ist sehr lecker, der Rest ist die Mahlzeit in der Tasche. Es gibt nur wenige Hotels, die japanische Gerichte anbieten, so dass es keine Okinawa-Kosten gibt. Ich denke, ich möchte es ein westliches Gefühl der Mode geben. Sofern Sie nicht ein Urlaubsreisende sind, empfehlen wir Ihnen nicht, ein günstigeres Zimmer zu verwenden. Das hochwertige Zimmer ist sehr klein und Sie werden sich zunächst im Gepäcklager bemerkbar. Im Hinblick auf die Lage des Hotels ist es sehr gut, weil es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist. Aber der Parkplatz ist bald voll, der zweite Parkplatz ist sehr weit entfernt, so dass Sie, wenn Sie schwere Gepäck haben, abends nicht ausfahren sollten.

Der Hotelstil ist eher für die Bevölkerung, es gibt eine Busstation direkt am Palais-Antik Flughafen in der Nähe, der Buspreis ist nicht teuer, der Rezeptionservice ist enthusiastisch, die Hotelgesundheit ist sehr gut, das Bad kann nicht verriegelt werden, insgesamt zufrieden.

12月上旬7泊させて頂きました。まず、フロント、レストラン、部屋掃除係り等 全員がよく教育されていて気持ちよく迎えて頂き、また快適に過ごす事が出来ました。ゴルフのため朝早く出発のためボックスをお願いしたのですが、料理長の気配りが素晴らしく大変心のこもった朝食でした。またラウンジで食べたパスタも大変美味しかったです。島内の居酒屋も良いのですが、ホテルのラウンジでとる夕食も良いと思います。立地条件も良くお薦めです。

Fantastic experience at this hotel. Amazing villa in a fantastic estate (Shared grounds by a number of Shigira hotels). The staff went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. They had daily activities for the kids, my daughters painted Shiisa and participated in Suika-wari. We chose the eco-cleaning option most days, and full cleaning on the middle day of our six day stay. Was totally satisfactory and fresh bath towels, beach towels and bottles of water were replenished each day. For those in other comments who complain, it’s simple, don’t choose the eco-clean! What we really loved about the shigira grounds was the number of choices available. 8 Shigira hotels, 32 restaurants and cafes available with a bus service that will pick you up and drop you off at anytime, just ask the staff and wait 5 mins. The little beach in front of Imgya Allamanda Coral was, though small, lovely with lots of colorful fish around. It was very safe with my younger daughter too. It was easy to jump in the pool directly straight after the beach too. Our favorite staff member “Moana” advised us to spend a day at Aragusku (新城) beach, and she wasn’t wrong!! Our favorite beach on Miyako Island. Extremely flat and safe water with hundreds of different fish swimming around (though I didn’t I recommend taking marine shoes). My eldest daughter and I swam around with a turtle for 10 mins. We paid 1000yen and rented chairs/umbrella for the day, was totally worth it to escape the heat. Not worth taking a tent/shade, just rent the one there, they’re well set up. Finally, and what I think really topped our stay, was having such a private villa on the far end looking out over the green forest. I recommend, if you can, requesting a room at the eastern side of the property (furtherest from the road), I think our experience may have been different if we were stuck between other villas with people walking past all the time. The villas have beautiful outdoor spa baths on the balcony, ours looked out over the forest and nobody could walk in front. Walking around the property though, I noticed that everyone who was not on the end always had their balcony curtain down for privacy. I don’t really want to complain because we’ve had such a great time, but if asked my complaint would be the villa sofa. It’s the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve sat on… sorry🤭 We check out tomorrow. We’ve had such a great 6 days away here, thank you Allamanda Imgya Coral Village!! We’re coming back next year!

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, das die unerfreuliche ruhige und schöne Meere auf den Eilanden Ehe ist. Ich möchte mich während des Lesens entspannen. Wenn möglich, ist es ein Hotel, das all meine Wünsche erfüllt. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr sauber, es gibt einen Comic-Ecke, der vermietet werden kann. Der Sawada Strand vor der Hoteltür ist sehr schön, aber es scheint nicht geeignet zu schwimmen, es gibt seltene Leute, die schwimmen. Wie andere schreiben, gibt es seltene Mängel wie Restaurants und es gibt keine Geschäfte in der Umgebung, aber da der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr groß ist, können Sie die Farbe 々 kaufen und sie abdecken. Ich fürchte, es gibt etwa zwei Insekten in der Außenkorridoren, aber es gibt Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel in dem Zimmer, so dass ich sie zurückschießen konnte. Es gibt einen unbegrenzten Pool auf dem Dach, aber um Mittag kann ich das Meer und die Flugzeuge, die weit von unten am Flughafen der Insel unterwegs sind, sehen und sich entspannen. Es ist toll, das Hotel zu besuchen, das ich nächstes Jahr wieder besuchen möchte.
