"Fabulous as always! Stayed in the Heidi this trip and loved it. Air conditioning during the day and fireplace at night. Bed was super comfy and bathroom spacious. Loved having a separate area to watch tv and so sweet having a front porch to people and pet watch. Kudos to the staff! Debbie at front desk, Tracy, Amy and Stephanie in the restaurants and Dave ( I believe was his name) the Assistant General Manager are all the kindest most helpful folks I have had the pleasure of spending time with while vacationing. Booked Father’s Day Weekend and cannot wait to come back! Oh and I forgot to mention the young gal in the coffee shop, I forget her name, she too was a sweetheart! I believe she is an expectant momma!"

"My friend had the worst experience here. She was charged 400 a week and was moved to the back in room 252. There’s a lady in 253 who stinks up the whole back porch! The smell comes out of the air conditioner she has a huge German shepherd dog and the smell of rotting dog, garbage, poop pee terrible! My friend had to roll up a blanket and put it under her door to stop the smell from coming in! I went to visit her. It was a smell like no other!! There’s a red truck that the owner leaves parked by the back they store garbage it and that too is strong and comes down to the porch. She ultimately had to lie and say she couldn’t afford the room and moved! Don’t stay here you will get sick! That place needs to be shut down it’s nasty!"

"Had such a wonderful time at this beautiful mountain retreat. The cabin equipped with everything you might need (except food of course). The beds were extremely comfortable. The setting was gorgeous with tons of wildlife seen daily. We hiked, rode horses (which were also beautiful and well cared for) and played in the river. Staff were extremely kind as well. Can't wait to return."
