The hotel is in very congested area, very hard to get any vehicles. How i avail this discount

No hot water was a bailable and only one person used to fo all the work so could not even get tea from him. We ourselves had to go and have. At-least they must provide tea for senior citizens. Also the room was very small with no cupboards. Do found it difficult to keep the luggage. But the staff was cooperative and the room was fine for short stay.

It's not worth for the price, the floor was dirty when we arrived. It was not cleaned it even after our requests, finally my wife had sweep the floor with broom. Ac was on and off repeatedly, later we found that hotel people were shutting down the electricity. We had to request to turn on the electricity even for water geyser every morning. The only consolation is it's close to chakra thirtha. I appreciate if makemytrip. Com refunds the amount we paid.

Rooms and amenities are average, personnel are very soft spoken helpful and cooperative. Location is ok. Rooms to be provided with chairs, kettle, better lights, door mats and additional towel etc. We like the caretaker for his sence of respect to elders.
