Great Hotel. Room are fantastic. Staff are helpful. The food, not worth the bucks. Still a good hotel for families, kids had a great time.

It was an overnight stay. Overall was okay. Room was fairly large. Can fit an extra bed if required. Hotel is at a strategic location, a few blocks away from Marina Times.

We stayed in room 1505 with sea view. Convenient to check if the swimming pool is crowded.
Room is spacious. Everything in room is functional except the tv where the channels kept loading.

Not sure about this time, i was paying for an executive king sea room because i wanted a quiet & non-smoking environment.
Somehow, i was given a noisy room located on 23rd floor, and we were just below the restaurant on 24th floor. Keep hearing footstep and noise above us... can't rest properly, and was given a smoking room... hope Pullman Miri will look into these. Not really convinced this is an executive room... 😔😔
but the good part was the view, and also the lobby was huge and full with christmas vibes, with christmas tree and decorations.

The staff of Pullman Waterfront Hotel Miri is very very friendly and the hotel is clean and smell good. The car park is very safe.

The hotel location and the view was very nice. Spacious room and very comfortable. Got bathtub with bery nice seaview. Many choices of breakfast and it was very good.

Pullman Miri offers big rooms and nice reception area. The hotel is getting old and showing its age. A lot of items are falling apart. Checkin was slow as it was during a busy period. Rooms were not ready by 3pm. Receptionist promised to call back when rooms are available but never did. Overall, an average stay.
