I been staying here since 2015.Great Hotel with amazing hospitality, service, sweet smile every where(good Ong) . Here I would like thanks few personal who entercounter during my stay. Ms Bibiana,(front office) Ms Wene and Ms Gina (who cater my breakfast and coffee 🥐😊 every morning. Always play good role take care thier inhouse customers. Not forgetting the maid who make up my room, on 2nd floor. (I forget her name) fast and quick service. Keep up great work see you soon. Cheers GB.

Our brief stay was pleasant. It was a repeated stay, we love staying here because it is near night food stalls, Permaisuri mall and can just cross the road to go there and watch late night movie at cinema.

Room is perfect with great location!

Strategic location. 5 minutes walk to miri waterfront. Nice and cosy setting but Hard mattress. Avoid room 107... Air conditioning not cold

I can say everything is so good except for parking. Parking is one of the challenge for this hotel

Always a good choice when travelling to miri city center. Chosen this hotel few times and very good comment to stay with.

This hotel is modern and in a great location. We stayed here as we were attending a nearby wedding and the full length mirror in the room was really handy. This hotel is right next to street of street food vendors and nearby the very delicious Cafe 63. I would totally recommend this hotel to anybody who visits Miri.

Comfortable and very clean room. Good necessities are provided in the room. Only when entering, the smell is a bit unpleasant. The kolok noodle breakfast is not very good. Too simple and the kolok noodles are quite raw.

Pros -Staff is friendly & helpful, had a welcome drink & small hot towel for cleaning. -Room is clean, provide dispatch water (LG brand) each floor. -Location is good, near Imperial shopping mall, food shop/stall, convenience shop,etc... Cons -WIFI internet not really working, very slow and sometime disconnect. (hopefully will improve on it)

Location is good. Have a lot of things to eat nearby and just opposite a shopping mall. The staffs are friendly.The breakfast is good. Definitely will stay again when back to Miri.

Pleasant stay and good staffs . Welcome drinks and hot towels were given when check in

1. Cleanliness 10/10 - everything was very clean which to me was top priority!  2. Room Amenities 7/10 - everything was provided except there was zero hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes for change after shower/ wet bath towel. There was only one bar to hang one towel which was odd when the room can be occupied by two. Also, the mini fridge was broken and we didn’t get a replacement unit, but instead was asked to store our items in their fridge downstairs and collect when needed 😅 3. Service 9.5/10 - staff was generally helpful and polite. Only one issue was I couldn’t get extra facial tissue / toilet tissue after the housekeeping was closed which was fairly inconvenient.  4. Food/ Room Service 9.5/10 - Food from the restaurant generally tasted good, fresh and the service was fairly fast. We pre-ordered our breakfast and they delivered on time in the morning which was great! ;) The only downside is they are closed on Monday, which is weird as I thought room service is supposed to be 24/7 🤔 5. Location 10/10 - there are many eateries nearby and marts too which made it super convenient to get supplies & food, all within 2-5 mins of walking distance. There was also a mall opposite the hotel which was great as well however I didn’t get to venture out much as my friend was sick.
