I did a lot of research about hotels in which to stay before our cruise, and settlerd on this propevery. The price was right and I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member for years. Our flight was delayed because of the storms in south Florida and so our flight didn’t land until about 10 pm. As soon as we landed, I used the app to check in and everything seemed fine. After getting luggage and rental car, it was after 11:30 when we made it to the hotel. When I tried to check in at the desk the attendant asked if I got the cancellation email. You can imagine my surprise. I opened the app, which showed that I was checked in, giving me the page for the hotel and checked my email- no cancellation notice. The indifferent attendant told me that when they get to a certain percentage of being booked, they start cancelling reservations. When asked, they stated it was at 6pm. Very odd, considering I checked in online at 10. Of course, no rooms were available. Proper communication with me seemed unimportant. You’d be better served to stay at the Home 2 Suites Miramar down the road. Better rates, great beds, good coffee and the breakfast is delicious.

WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN AND WE ARE IN MIAMI EVERY YEAR FOR AN ANNUAL EVENT. I wanted a hotel near the Hard Rock Stadium and saw the Stadium Hotel was close by. Many of the other more well-known hotels were further away and more expensive. Eventually I realized why the Stadium was less expensive. Read on… Unfortunately, two hotel employees (security and whoever supervises security) ruined our experience. Despite ALL the other employees we interacted with being VERY helpful and polite, will we never be returning to Stadium Hotel. Halfway through our stay, we decided to extend our visit by one more night. I personally went down to the front desk to confirm availability and extend my reservation. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, entered the information into the computer and told me I was “all set.” Several mornings later, at the time we would have been checking out had we not extended our reservation, (I was at a job off the hotel grounds) my wife was working remotely from our room. A woman showed up at the door to “remind” us it was time to checkout. My wife explained that we had extended our reservation and been told we were all set. The woman said she would let the management know. My wife then got on a very important Zoom but was interrupted by incessant calls to the room by the front desk. She directed them to call me on my cell, but explained I was working and it may take me a few minutes to respond. One minute after my wife hung up, she got yet another call badgering her saying we had not yet paid for the upcoming extra night. My wife got hold of me via text and I called the front desk from my cellphone. The front desk told me they had no record of my extension because I had not paid for the upcoming night. I told them when I extended no one told me I had to prepay and that I was told I was all set. I said they could run my credit card on file if they needed payment immediately. They said I had to be there to sign, but it could be taken care of when I returned in a few hours, not to worry. Yet, just two minutes after I hung up with the front desk, my wife got call after call stating we hadn’t paid and I had to pay right then in person. My wife yet again explained and offered to go down with her credit card, but they said they would not accept it because I had the reservation (which of course makes no sense since they also claimed I didn’t have a reservation). She explained I had spoken with someone just a few minutes ago who said I could take care of it in a few hours, and that she could not keep answering the phone because she was on a work Zoom. She asked to speak to a manager (who she could hear in the background was the one insisting the front desk keep calling her), but the manager did not take her call and sent her to voicemail. Five minutes after my wife was sent to voicemail, there was a knock on the door. Again, she interrupted her Zoom. This time security was at the door.

I will be very honest , READ : Never ever chose this ugly hotel and the worse customer service . You will see inexpensive price , but later the ask for $120 extra at the front desk , and the girl at the front desk is so rude like the manager . Plus at the room , the bathroom wasn’t clean , have a soap from someone else. And the lamps don’t work ! The most horrible experience for $200 dollars . Please pay little extra and enjoy your night in other hotel . I did , next day I leave to another beautiful place 😅 El anuncio del hotel puede ser económico pero es mentira . Te cobran todo al llegar $100 de depósito más $20 dólares más para ellos . La atención de la chica y la manager está muy lejos de tener servicio al cliente . Ya que son antipáticas y muy rudas . El cuarto al comienzo creo que estaba bien pero no . Las lámparas tenían cortado los enchufes 🔌 y el baño estaba sucio con jabón de alguna otra persona . Cuando le fui a decir a la manager que faltaban las almohadas y que el baño estaba sucio , me dijo que no era verdad . WowW ! Atención al cliente . NO VAYAN AL HOTEL ! Después no digan que no les avise !

I would like to recognize HASINA that works in the kitchen for breakfast. Very polite, respectful, personable and has such a sweet spirit. Always being sure we are comfortable and taken care of. GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY! A person like her made our visit great and we will definitely come back. Thank you HASINA!!!!

Guter Platz

Ich blieb vor mehreren Jahren in diesem Hotel und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung, so habe ich es wieder reserviert. Dieses Mal war ich enttäuscht. Die Strand- und Poolbereiche wurden nicht sauber gehalten. Die Hauptgründe für die Wahl dieses Hotels waren ein echtes Spoiler. Der Strand war so voller Meer**** Sie konnten nicht ins Wasser gehen. Das Poolwasser war immer wolkenig und nicht richtig ausgeschüttet. Es gab Bugs, Haarklumpen und Strandschrott fließen in das Poolwasser. Ich ging sporadisch aus der intensiven Wärme abkühlen, aber konnte nicht lange bleiben, weil das Wasser zu heiß war, zusätzlich zu schmutzig. Der dritte Pool wurde ab unserem zweiten Tag geschlossen, was die anderen beiden überfüllt. Nach meiner ersten Nacht konnte ich keine Waschbekleidung bekommen. Jeden Tag fragte ich nach einer und wurde gesagt, dass es keiner auf dem Haushalterwagen war. Ich musste den Vorderabschnitt anrufen, um sie zu befragen. Ich bekam zusätzliche Badehandtücher, die ich nicht benötigte, aber nie wieder eine Waschkleidung sah. Die Nahrungsmittel und Getränke waren ziemlich überpreist. Auch das Personal entschuldigte sich und sagte, sie wussten, dass die Preise lächerlich waren. Dieses Resort sollte nicht täglich Reisegebühren zahlen, wenn sie nicht die erwartete Serviceleistung für ihre Gäste bieten können. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

Dieses Hotel liegt ca. 50mts vom Strand entfernt, verfügt über eine ausgestattete Küche, gut verteilte und gemütliche Raum, sehr gut gemütliches Ort, eine gemütliche EVIE-Betreuung, die immer bereit ist, Sie zu fahren und zu betreuen, Ihre Reinigungspersonal Steven und Calvin, Sie sind durch die Aufrechterhaltung der Zimmer sehr sauber, ein ruhiger Ort mit grünen Bereichen, viele Restaurants, hat einen Broadwalk, Musik in der akustischen Schrank am Wochenende, Strandwasser hat immer eine angenehme Temperatur, schließlich, ein sehr magischer Ort, empfehlen dieses Hotel
