Sehr gute Kette des Hotels, kann kein Problem gefunden werden. Der Service ist die Gute von Yu. Es ist das erste Mal, dass Sie in Lima im Hotel übernachten und nach Kusco weiter leben.

Modern hotel but badly designed. Entrance is down several steps with a lift for luggage which many people struggle to operate. Only given one room key between 2 people, which also operates the lift and the electric in the room. Although kettle is in the room only 1 cup and 1 sachet of coffee between 2 people. Breakfast is poor but evening meal no choice of food only 1 meal offered which was so bad we didn't eat. Complained to the reception who thought it was funny and laughed at us.

Having had an all night flight, the Hotel receptionist checked us in as soon as possible. The lobby is beautiful, we felt safe leaving our luggage in a secured area to go and enjoy a delicious breakfast down the street, while our rooms were being prepared. All the staff members were very kind, helpful, professional and had informative suggestions on places to visit. Breakfast, was included in our package, the selections were delicious and if you wanted to order your eggs prepared differently, they took care of that too. The room service selections seemed good, we enjoyed eating at the many different restaurants so we never used the room service. Wifi, works well in the lobby and in the rooms. The pillows, linen, towels and bedroom decorations were great! We felt very safe going out in the evening for dinner or a late night snack.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, der Service ist auch sehr gut. Es gibt zwei Flaschen kostenloses Trinkwasser jeden Tag, alles ist sehr gut außer dem WIFI, das Signal ist zu schlecht, mein Computer, mein Handy, iPad ist immer unerlässlich, seine Monopole zu öffnen, die Sitzung wurde auch unterbrochen, das ist, was ich nicht in anderen Hotels getroffen habe.

We enjoyed our stay at Antara Hotel in Miraflores. The staff are excellent and very friendly. We loved the traditional Peruvian hotel very much. The restaurant was fantastic and we enjoyed trying different dishes they had to offer. We originally were going to stay at a much larger hotel chain and glad we changed to more of a small boutique style hotel on a side street. Our bed was HUGE and i've never seen a bed that large-ha.
