Excellent location in Miraflores. Room was comfortable and price is reasonable. Within walking distance of many good restaurants. Comfortable bed and welcoming Pisco Sours. Free WIFI. Parking. Bathroom was very nice. Don't pass up this hotel.

This is our second stay at this hotel in two weeks as part of the Approach Perú trip. Facility is dated, black mold on the bathroom window, room smells musty, and breakfast presented in a dark window less conference room. Disappointed in Approach for booking this hotel as not up to their usual standards.

Gino Velasquez was an exceptional waiter. He is very personable and helpful. He provided excellent and friendly service. The restaurant food was very good. Attentive staff. Liz Espinoza is a talented staff. Would recommend eating here if in the area. Prices are very affordable.

The hotel is extremely run down. They do not provide any bottled water at all, not even one bottle on the first day. Luckily there is a little convenience store nearby. The best thing about our stay was the service provided by Paulo Cesar Zegarra during breakfast. He was extreme nice and helpful, always smiling.

We were there with a group tour. Stayed there twice, a couple of nights at the beginning of the tour and a couple of nights at the end. The location is ok, easy walk to many attractions. That's were the positivity ends. We had two different rooms and each had their shortfalls. Our first room was spacious enough (beside/behind the elevator)but was dated and the bed uncomfortabley hard (for one of us lol). The room for the second stay was worse. It was small, very tight space so much so that we hurt ourselves while moving around the bed as the space between the bed and the wall was small. No side table for that close to the wall side. The bathroom was a step up from the floor of the room. So strange. We never bothered with breakfast as after the first day our group let us know it wasn't good and only the die hard breakfast people went for the meager offerrings and coffee. I suspect our breakfast bars and the instant coffee we brought from home were just as good. The hotel tried to supply dinner twice for our group. I suppose this was requested by the tour operator but the hotel should have been honest and told them they don't do dinner. The attempt was awful. Seriously, they provided such bad food and poor service even our tour provider had to find alternate arrangements for our second stay as the food they provided was an insult to food. There is a bar but is isn't open after 9:00 pm. We tried to get some wine but the staff don't speak english and they don't even know what they have. Overall if you expect a level of service beyond a roadside motel don't bother staying here. As we were there as part of a group I suspect they have great group rates.

Congratulations to the staff of the Hotel, everyone's are very gentiles and always are ready to help in everything what you need. Especially Mr. Franklin Cruz, who was like a friend for us. On my next visit to Lima, I will try to stay at this same hotel.
