Die Qualität der 5-Sterne ist wie immer hoch, im Vergleich zu Hilton. Wenn es lokalen Stolz gibt, werde ich ohne Zweifel eine Wahl haben. Die Hotelumgebung ist gut, der Servicepersonal ist super enthusiastisch (nicht ausgeschlossen, weil die Mitglieder sind), das Zimmer ist noch groß, es gibt einen super großen Ring-Ballon, aber es ist zu kalt. Der Nachteil ist, dass der Waschservice nicht 24 Stunden ist. Die Überstunden sind, wenn ich den Tag nach dem Unternehmen abends zum Hotel komme. und das Hotelrestaurant im Allgemeinen, aber nicht beeinflussend, Minsk ist klein, es ist bequem zu essen, zu gehen

Das Bett ist komfortabel und enthält alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Ich war zum ersten Mal in Weißrussland und habe dieses Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des berühmten Einkaufszentrums Red Ribbon Die Umgebung des Hotels ist gut und die Aussicht ist sehr gut. Man kann den See der Tränen sehen, der Pool und der Fitnessclub sind sehr gut und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig.
Der Nachteil ist: Die Tür hat keine Verriegelungssperre, was den Leuten ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit vermittelt. Da einige Kleinigkeiten passierten, wurde ich nachts von mehreren Männern auf der gleichen Etage angestarrt und angerufen um mich zu belästigen. Später bat ich darum, das Zimmer zu wechseln, und die Einrichtungen im Zimmer waren ziemlich gut.

БОЛЬШЕ СЮДА НИ НОГОЙ! Проживала в отеле неделю. Единственный плюс данного заведения - действительно просторные номера с хорошим видом. На этом положительное заканчивается. Самое главное -отвратительный сервис- вот просто хуже некуда!Начиная с рецепшн, заканчивая администраторами спа.Везде отношение хамское, на все просьбы реагируют агрессивно, просто дно! Кавролин в номере грязный с пятнами, не пылесосили в номере ни разу, хотя я неоднократно обращалась с этой просьбой, воду то ставили, то нет, ни ручки, ни блокнота, ни штопора в номере вы не найдёте. Халат, тапки , зубные принадлежности тоже только по запросу. Завтраки скуднейшие. Диагноз - ДИКИЙ СОВОК. Пока вы не проведете беседы с персоналом и должным образом их не подготовите к работе с клиентами, никакой шикарный вид вам не поможет.

Very nice hotel, probably the nicest Doubletree hotel that we have visited. The standards are of a nicer Hilton product. We were there for four nights and the purpose was a business meeting. I rented meeting space for 50 people. Everything was very professional and all of our requirements were fulfilled. Very good staff and food both at breakfast and in the summer restaurant were excellent. Nothing negative on the contrary, an excellent experience, first rate. Minsk was a very clean modern city. We Highly recommend the Minsk Doubletree. I am a diamond member and received a very big upgrade to a wonderful suite which was very appreciated. Thank you.

Das Hotel ist frisch. Ich hatte ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Lärmisolation ist ausgezeichnet, Klimakontrolle ist gut, das Bett ist komfortabel, Bettwäsche ist perfekt sauber.
Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, es gibt immer Orte. Der Service ist sehr ununterbrochen. Das Zimmer ist immer sauber, es gab Reinigung. Aber die Gerichte wurden nicht gewaschen und Wasser wurde nicht aus irgendeinem Grund gebracht.

Ich mag dieses Hostel wirklich. Warum? 1.Excellent Lage. Ich ging überall und kam einfach hier zurück. Schöner Ort am See und in der Nähe des historischen Bereichs und Kirchen. Ton von Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe und ein Supermarkt nur einen Moment zu Fuß. 2.Good Wert. 3.Impeccably sauber. 4.Lots von gemeinsamen Bereichen einschließlich Speiseräumen, Zubereitung von Lebensmitteln (nicht eine volle Küche, sondern Mikrowelle), Arbeit, Treffen, Klavier usw. 5.An hervorragender Kaffee. 6.Staff Das war sehr hilfreich. 7.Good WiFi. 8.24 Checkin. (Ich kam gleich 2am.) 9.My Privatzimmer w geteilte Badezimmer/WC war sehr komfortabel und eine gute Größe. Ich habe keine Beschwerden wirklich und würde dort wieder bleiben.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Здравствуйте! Хотим выразить огромную благодарность и низкий поклон руководству, администраторам, службе банкета, отделу бронирования, шеф-поварам и всем трудящемся на благо сетей отелей ”Виктория” за сказку, воплотившуюся в жизнь! 23 сентября 2023 года мы отмечали свадьбу в банкетном зале ”Сапфир” в Виктория SPA. Это великолепное место с панорамными окнами, светлое, романтичное, просторное. Блюда были просто выше всех похвал: изысканные, свежие, нестандартные. Стол просто ломился от яств, что не могло порадовать гостей и соответственно нас, молодожен, которые переживали за все. Но с сетью данного отеля можно быть спокойными, все сделают по первому классу. Бронировали в Виктория SPA 3 номера: один для себя и 2 для родителей. Так сложились обстоятельства, что появилась необходимость раннего заселения хотя бы в один из номеров. Позвонив в отдел бронирования, к сожалению, мне отказали, сказав, что отель полностью укомплектован. Но каково было мое удивление, когда мне перезвонили через некоторое время и предложили 3 номера в соседнем отеле ”Виктория” с номерами более высшего ранга LUX для родителей и для молодожен огромные апартаменты APA на целый этаж (мы там даже потерялись), с прекрасными видами на Комсомольское озеро и Парк Победы. Как позже шутили с мужем, что попали в номер Киркорова, особенно, когда после свадьбы он был усеян цветами).Наши родители были в восторге от 2-х комнатных люксов со всеми удобствами, не хотели выезжать. А в наших огромных апартаментов мы встречались уже тремя семьями и беседовали по душам. А завтраки в отеле просто выше всех похвал: сбалансированные, с большим разнообразием, свежие, вкусные, чувствуется, что сделано с душой для любимого гостя. Мы даже не пытались сделать рекламу отелю, отель сам все сделал за себя, точнее, люди, которые работают там. Учитывая, что наша свадьба была интернациональной, то гости, которые были впервые в Беларуси, однозначно захотели вернуться сюда снова, а те, кто живет, захотели праздновать свои дни рождения только в зале ”Сапфир”. Даже оценка маленького 5-летнего ребенка о многом говорит, которая заявила, что ее свадьба обязательно будет здесь) На второй день посетили с мужем SPA, - и окунулись в рай). Прозрачная крыша над бассейном добавляет изысканности и огромное количество естественного света, что не может не дарить ощущения отдыха на островах) Дорогие, уже не побоюсь этого слова, наши! Еще раз благодарим Вас за прекрасные мгновения, понимание, собранность, услужливость, настоящее белорусское гостеприимство! Горжусь, что в моей стране настолько радушные хозяева!
