Very warm welcome , peaceful and comfortable traditional hotel in minamionuma

In general I like this hot spring hotel which was built on the venue containing 16 houses dated back to the 17th century. The hotel itself, its garden and room all look not bad. However the AC at the boutique shop was broken yesterday and it was super hot to shop there. Not sure if it’s repaired today. An opened brush bag without toothpaste was kept in the bathroom- they expected me to use or what? The service and food can both be better - but do not take it wrong - they are already good - it’s just I have a very high standard in particular when we talk about foods. I like the two free liquor - one sale the other plum wine- provided every evening 17:00-19:30 though. :) The Hotel can organise many experiencing and traveling activities and you need to book online ahead. Free shuttle service between the hotel and ECHIGO YUZAWA STATION is provided and you also need to book in advance - very generous gesture.

絕對的頂級酒店，趕上了不忙的一天價格並不貴，絕對超值！僅僅是用來睡覺太可惜了，需要花時間在酒店體驗才行。温泉非常非常好，一定要泡。Spa也很不錯，相對國內同級別酒店性價比很高。可惜沒有提前預約，沒能吃上晚飯，但是點到房間的餐食味道也相當不錯，紅酒牛肉燉的很軟，Soba算是在日本吃到非常不錯的。

酒店就在路邊，開車過去會覺得爲何會在這裏的那種强烈懷疑感。 這是一家設計酒店，因此每個細節都很漂亮，但是，對住過很多設計酒店的我們來説，又覺得它空有外表，很多細節都沒做好。 比如，我們本來想在大廳的酒吧坐一下喝喝酒店免費提供的各種酒和小食， 但是當天有一大堆客人在大廳附近的包間開Party，進進出出，異常吵鬧，根本失去了設計酒店的高雅和寧靜。 房間和公共區域的漂亮根本不是一個水平，讓人失望。 餐食也很一般。

旅館本身很好。但是位置很偏去哪裡都不方便不開車衹能叫出租車，帶小孩不方便。預訂了餐食但是都是bento box，對不起本身的價格。滑雪的話也不建議選這裏，去哪裡都不方便。

飯店古色古香、房間內外空間大、晚餐新鮮而且美味、服務人員態度好服務親切，很適合三五好友、親戚、情侶同遊
