Rej was a warm welcoming nice man. The rooks were lovely and overall a very good stay. The beefeater food was nice and the lots of parking. Good location with the hotel being next Xscape (shopping centre). Overall a very good hotel and I would recommend to anyone

Great receptionist very friendly rej , enjoyed my stay. Very affordable and very conveniently located in the centre of Milton Keynes where I commute for work Meal deal is very good with a beef eater next door. Would recommend to friends and family

As I walked in, Rej immediately greeted me extremely politely. He was super helpful and kind. He helped me locate the machine for parking and was extremely patient. He was very understanding that I was new to the area and even suggested some places to go for food and shopping etc whilst I had free time in between business. Would definitely recommend staying here. A good location with loads of parking and extremely polite staff. Especially Rej😁😁.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Reg is an absolute legend, he took care of my every need, he and his staff are so welcoming they make you feel like family. The bath was deep, the bed, exquisitely comfortable,great central location.

Excellent hospitality from the reception, made very welcome from the get go. Would definitely come again, Red has been very welcoming, good and amazing. The hotel is very easy to get to. Comfy beds and the food at the Beefeater was good…no problems at all.

Raj is one top customer service person for delivering way beyond any customers' expectations. Sorted out the car park, helped me and other guesses in registering their vehicles. Booked breakfast and evening meals, hand delivered Ultimate wifi code to my door. Exceptional service. Thanks, Raj, once again for your help amd assistance.

Pleased to give Rej another lovely review. He is so helpful with everything like the parking advice, ready to help with luggage, if needed provides extra amenities and all with a smile. My family are happy and so are the kids. Hotel looks very old fashioned but peaceful with ample parking and rooms clean.

Second time I am staying at this place. The staff are very friendly and the hotel room is very nice. Rej at reception was very helpful. The location is really convenient, there are a lot of facilities to do things near by. Finally, it’s nice that Rej recognised me straightaway.

Staff member I believe called Rej at front desk was very rude towards other members of staff at the site, thought being the duty manager made him better than others. He was also extremely unhelpful with issues at check in, resulting in me having to ring another premier inn site myself to resolve the issues taking well over 40 minutes and still having the cheek to charge £10 for an early check in.
