Just renovated! This pristine, 2-bedroom, private home is nestled in Locke Lake Colony, a private association that surrounds picturesque Locke Lake in Center Barnstead NH. We just added a new deck, new grill, new 50" Smart TV with built-in Roku, new A/C, 2 new Kayaks, and a newly finished basement. The home sits across the street from the lake with nearby beach access. In Spring, Summer, and early Fall, we provide you with two kayaks, and a badmitton set. Other activities provided within the Colony include pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, cornhole, a playground, a 5-hole golf course, and 5 beaches. Bring your fishing rods! In Winter, snowmobile trails are closeby. Ice fishing is allowed on the lake. Gunstock Ski Resort is just a 23 minute ride north. In Spring, Summer and Fall, Bank of NH Pavillion is an open-air live music venue just 17 miles to the north. Alton Bay on Lake Winnipesauke is just 8 miles away with mini golf, boat rentals, and more. And Wolfeboro with its ample shops and dining is a short ride.
