Spectacular well stocked townhouse minutes from Bethany Beach

This is our third year staying at this property. We love the location – you can sit out on the back patio by the water and it’s only a 10 minute drive to the beach. There is a wonderful park with three Pickleball courts within a 3 minute drive as well. Shawn and Jen are wonderful hosts!

A beautiful well kept propertycomfortable stay, everything that was promised was delivered. This was a nice property and a quiet stay. We will be renting this property again. Hats off to the host and hostess thank you.

What a wonderful vacation and a beautiful location! The house was immaculate. Everything was perfect. There were so many activities for the kids. From fishing off the dock, kayaking & only being 10 min. away from the N. Bethany beaches was AWESOME!!When we had a few minor questions, Shawn & Jen were there for us. We’re definitely booking again.

Wonderful townhome! We really enjoy the outdoor patio along the water and the fully stocked kitchen. It’s a nice community and the home has plenty of space for us. Shawn and Jen are excellent hosts and very responsive. We plan to be back again!

Beach vacation We were very pleased with the accommodations, it was exactly as it was described and one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever been in. The owners were super helpful and very quick to respond when the pool pass needed reset (though no fault of theirs). We definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a great place at the beach.

Another great summer beach vacation We love it here - and we must because this is our second year in a row at this vacation house. The location is wonderful and the house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. There is so much to do with the kayaks, pool, and general area. The owners are extremely kind and helpful too. We had a fantastic week and were bummed to go home.

Bethany Beach Getaway Our stay there was very nice! Lots of additional amenities! Wine, candy, snacks!! A nice touch! Sheets and towels provided. Love the swing on the porch! One small problem was the air conditioning. Raised the temperature because it was very cold and it would go back to 70 degrees each time. Was not comfortable being so cold. Very nice place to stay. Lovely neighborhood.
