I had a terrible time sleeping in the suite I reserved and called Vida who said to come see her to choose another room. After listening to my story, Vida showed me what was available, she provided me a fantastic and spacious suite with NO traffic noise and gorgeous views of the mountains. It was as if I went to another country! And she provided me hotel service to bring my luggage to my new suite. I look forward to visiting Marin Suites Hotel. it is a great find for the price and the service! thank you

Was eager to visit this property and while the room was comfortable and clean, the service in the spa (we were literally told by the manager that ”they're so busy and they receive so many voicemails that they just can't return all the calls”) and at the hotel is very lacking for the price. Restaurant seems new and food is decent quality - drinks also very good but the staff seem overworked as everyone kept telling us ”how busy” they are to explain why they couldn't help us.

Das Zimmer, obwohl kompakt, war gut ausgestattet. Allerdings lehnte sich die Atmosphäre in Richtung der Dämmerung, was vielleicht nicht jedermanns Vorliebe sein könnte. Es wäre großartig, wenn sie die Beleuchtung erhöhen, um den Raum etwas mehr zu erleuchten. Insgesamt ist ein anständiger Aufenthalt, aber es gibt Raum für Verbesserungen.

Diese Marriott befindet sich in einer erstaunlichen Lage, neben dem San Francisco-Fähre, einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum und Orte zum Essen. Die Dekoration war modern. Alle Blei- und elektrische Geräte funktionierten im Zimmer. Als wir im ersten Stock waren, hatten wir einen kleinen patiokönnen schön zu benutzen, aber konnten nicht, weil es die coole, regnige Saison Ende Dezember. Frühstück ist für eine nominale Gebühr in einem komfortablen Sitzbereich erhältlich. AAA und ein Senior Rabatt sind verfügbar; Sie werden einige zusätzliche Mittel brauchen, was mit der 15% Zimmersteuer. Das Zimmer wurde nicht wie üblich aufgrund der Covid-Regeln bedient; die Vereinbarungen müssen mit Hauspflege getroffen werden. Grundstücke waren schön Landschaft. San Rafael! The perfect suburban/nature city to visit in California. It’s located in Marin County and is about a 40 min drive from San Francisco. San Rafael is the perfect city to explore (especially Civic Center or Downtown) or to make a pit stop if you are heading towards Sonoma/Napa County to do some wine tasting. If you do decide to stay in San Rafael, you should book your next stay at Fourpoints by Sheraton hotel! I got the pleasure in staying at the Four points by Sheraton hotel.When I first walked into the lobby, the staff Pesty and John were able to take care of me right away. They were Very nice a friendly at the front desk as I was checking into the hotel. They even are offering free cookies to guest at the hotel as well so that was a plus. After I was all checked in, I was able to be on the 4th floor which is the highest floor at the hotel. I got to stay in the modern Deluxe Guest room- 1 king bed During my stay. When I walked in my room the room was modern, casual room that was clean and all prepared for. The bathroom was also modern and clean as well with everything working. The most beautiful part about this room was the view. I can’t tell you how beautiful my view from my room was. It was so gorgeous that it looked like a million dollar view. You can see the beautiful pool patio including the palm trees and see the astonishing mountains of San Rafael . I highly reccomend staying at the fourth floor if you can facing the pool because you get to wake up in the morning to that incredible million dollar view. That is a major plus in my opinion. I wanted to highlight the pool patio at the hotel because I think it’s such as gorgeous area to look and be in. When you walk outside, there are a bunch of seating area where people can hangout and just relax. At night, what is so special about that area is there is a fire pit are where you can get yourself warm after a long day. The pool in general is a nice large pool with a hot tub and Four Points by Sheraton is known to have the largest pool patio in Marin County. People can just relax at the pool or go for a swim as well. Overall, this area has to be the nicest area at this hotel. Overall, if you are looking for a nice place to stay in San Rafael, I highly recommend staying here at Four Points by Sheraton. The views, the staff, the scenery, the cleanliness of the hotel was on point. If I’m ever in San Rafael again which is a huge yes, I would stay here agaian and you guys should book your stay at Four Points as well.
