Star & Romantic Hotel (Honghe Water Town Huquan)

On trip.com I booked a non smoking room. But when we arrived we found out that all of their rooms allow smoking. The whole hotel smells like smoke. I booked this hotel even though it is more expensive than others because I specifically wanted a nonsmoking room. 😩The bathroom had mold, the shower overflows and the bed is hard. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and the cleaning lady just folded our towels. The bathroom was left unclean and she didn’t provide toilet paper. The hotel is rundown. The hallways and room floors are dilapidated. The pictures on the app are not accurate. They were probably taken when the hotel was opened for the first time. I gave it a 3 because the ladies at the front desk were very nice and the breakfast was decent.

設施和衞生情況良好，有趣的是，發現房間沒有給洗手小肥皂，就問服務員要，服務員態度很好地回答：用完了，已經向上麪打報告了，等批准下來就給。……emm…… 我住了二天，等到離店的時候還沒有批准……

環境乾淨整潔，很安靜，是個不錯的好去處，推薦推薦
