Indulge Apartments - CBD

遇到停電了，修理的速度很慢，還算高級，隔音很差，隔壁拉椅子的聲音都能聽到。這個價格實在是徒有虛表，不值。

While the apartment itself was lovely and had all we required it was the little things that let this place down. We were on our way to Mildura when we got a call from indulge to say that the dishwasher in our room was broken and not to be used. Ok. I understand these these things happen. I asked if we could have another room and the answer was no they were fully booked. Ok. That’s fine. I then said well perhaps as recompense for the disruption perhaps you could reduce your rate. A two bedder is $290 a night. Once again the answer was no however they begrudgingly agreed to have housekeeping do our dishes for us. A service that is usually charged to the customer. Upon check in we went out to the balcony and found an ashtray full of butts. Had to ask reception to clean that away. On our first morning we had the nespresso pods but noticed they weren’t replaced. When I mentioned it to reception they said we only get two complimentary pods and the rest are charged to the mini bar. I mean come on. $290 a night and only 2 coffee pods ( this is a two bedroom apartment with three people in it. But could have been four. Half a pod each). Very disappointed and will not return.

Perfunctory unit with noisy Ontario Street meant poor sleep, no mention in reviews. Most annoying however was the sign saying guests were required to do their own washing up or they would be charged for delaying the housekeeping. There was no sink so I guess we’re required to do washing up in the bathroom. This is really inappropriate in the hotel industry

Very comfortable, appropriately located. Parking not secure but free. Two coffee pods per total stay (I stayed 4 nights) was a bit tight and led me to do my own grocery shopping. $0.95 per pod extra was a bit much. While enjoying the comforts spent hours trying to resume my Netfix show to be advised “too many people are using your account right now”. Apparently free wi-fi but passwprd not displayed anywhere in the room. Had to ask reception on 3rd day. Definitely not in compendium as advised by check-in staff.
