前台態度特別好，房間也可以。就是沒有電梯，很麻煩。衞生間很乾凈。有機會還會去住的。晚上一樓是酒吧。挺嗨的。

Das ganze Hostel war sehr sauber und schön harmonisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich nichts spezielles aber soweit gut. Das Personal ist freundlich hatte das Frühstück aber an keinem der vier Tage wirklich im Griff heisst: nachdem man per Zettel bestellt hat, ging es relativ lange bis ein Teil der Bestellung kam. Teils war es richtig, teils aber auch nicht und teilweise kam etwas gar nicht. Häufig musste man dem Kellner die Bestellung nochmals sagen, damit sie korrekt geliefert wurde. Man kann für ein Depot von 5 Euro ein Schloss ausleihen um die persönlichen Sachen abzuschliessen. Ein Kollege hatte kein Schloss und liess somit seine persönlichen Gegenstände unabgeschlossen im Zimmer. Am letzten Tag fand er seine 250 Euro nicht mehr, von denen er überzeugt ist, dass diese gestohlen wurden.

We are really sorry to hear only by reading this feedback that there has been an issue for one of the guests: the first floor was entirely occupied by your group in dorms and private rooms and the only person who can enter the rooms is our long standing collaborator for the cleaning. As usual, during the check out our receptionist asked about your stay and we weren't informed about any missing belongings. As you could see by yourself, our 8 bed rooms are equipped not with 8 lockers but with a total of 14 lockers, of which 8 are big lockers and 6 are medium sized for the personal belongings. With regards to the breakfast, usually the guests and the groups request their meal staggered in small groups. Serving a group of 43 people all together can be elaborate, especially because we offer breakfast à la carte so that the guests can have their own different choices. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope we made you enjoy your stay with our smiles and friendliness :) We thank you for your comment because it is always an opportunity for us to improve and do better! A very cool place to have a brunch on weekends! They have different types of Breakfast such as English breakfast and … The staff are so friendly and cool! You have the options to sit in or out based on the vacant tables! The price is good respect to the quality!

Great room, very friendly and helpful staff, a really buzzing yet relaxing place. Thoroughly recommend this place, situated in a trendy but not too frantic area of Milan. Saturday nights are especially lively with great karaoke

Really loved the atmosphere at the hostel! Really nice and welcoming staff. Loved the live Music and that you can meet a lot of new people there. The staff is very courteous and will help you with everything. Also nice breakfast.

Nice team supportive , comfortable place and you feel happy with people around you , location was nice just 2 stop to duomo I think and three to train station that I need to travel from , rooms was wide too thanks to them

I truly love the vibe and free americano and water there, also I had a dinner and cocktails there which was nice. The room was clean and the laundry was good (although it’s a little bit expensive). The receptionist there was hospitable and willing to help. You can lock your luggage there and it’s make me go around much more easier.

If i am ever back in Milan i would stay here again or recommend it to a friend. The location made it very ideal with easy access to the metro to explore the city. The hospitality was also great. I felt very welcomed right away and staff offered great suggestions

Highly recommend! The hostel is so artsy and fun, with art and plants on almost every wall. The restaurant/bar downstairs was lively, and there was great live music as well. I appreciated the level of security. I stayed in an all-female dorm and was thankful it was not full, and it had a private bathroom. Service was very kind and helpful. The location was okay; not walking distance to major sights, BUT walking distance to the metro and only ~10-15 minutes away from the Duomo.

Excellent service and nice stuff who makea you feel welcome, good facilities, clean and spacious rooma, bed was comfortable and it had good access to public transport. Would highly recommend and will come again if in Milan.

friendly and kind staff. I appreciated the security and cleaning conditions and overall service. Some raccomandations for the late arrivals : please advide the new guests to respect silence for sleeping people.

Nice hostel close to a metro station with very friendly staff and good food. When traveling alone, it is difficult to meet new people because there is a normal restaurant Flair most of the time. Bathrooms are clean, dorms…well it’s alright. What I was missing is some kind of visibility barrier for the beds. It was all a little too open and bright as soon as the lights turned on. In general, especially if you’re traveling in a group, it’s a great choice.

The Hostel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our train arrived late and they kept the kitchen open for us to get a meal, right as they closed. The atmosphere had a hipster vibe, very artsy and unique. The location is not to far from some tourist attractions if you take the subway.
