Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, 5 Minuten entfernt, und der Transport ist bequem. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber und hat sogar ein Heimtrainer. Bequem zu Orten wie dem Mailänder Dom

Location was 💯 - saw a lot of reviews saying hard to find the hotel: indeed at the beginning. Then i realised the entrance is actually next to a caffeteria (Atelier del Gusto) so what we did is to find this cafe on google map and follow the way OR search for via Filzi via Galvani tram stop🤭 Breakfast was great too. Love taking tram around Milano👍🏽 - there's one stop(via Filzi via Galvani) right in front of the hotel. Hotel room was spacious and very clean.

Place was centrally located -Milan Centrale Station. Very convenient if you want to stay in Milan and yet enjoy the luxury of doing day trips. Place is also relatively safe and front desk staff were kind and friendly. Our room did not have a kettle and call up the receptionist to provide and they brought it up promptly. Overall, would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the room is clean and spacious for 3. Variety food choices for breakfast. Hotel location is good, less than 10mins walk from Centrale station.

Firstly, the front desk lady with glasses was really rude, arrogant and impatient. You should learn some manner from the kind and smiley lady next to you, because your fake smile like the face of the zombie nun's alive. Secondly, although the location is nice it needs ten minutes walk from the Milano Centrale but actually quite tricky to find this hotel it needs me to ask other hotel’s receptionist for help with, google map wasn’t accurate. Because this hotel located in a lane inside of a place like car park.

The reason we choose this hotel was the approximity to train station Milano Centrale. It was abt 5 mins walk from the station. Check in was a breeze. We booked the classic double junior suite. Room was very spacious. Bathroom came with standing showers. Breakfast was good with a lot of varieties to choose.
