Milan Apartment Rental

Der Check-in erfolgt an der Adresse, aber Sie müssen bis nach 15:00 Uhr warten, bevor jemand die Tür zum Check-in öffnet. Möglicherweise muss das von uns gebuchte Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern an einen anderen Ort in 1,5 km Entfernung verlegt werden. Wir haben gebucht Es liegt daran, dass es in der Nähe des Bahnhofs liegt, aber wir müssen ein Dreieck laufen, obwohl es 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt einen anderen Ort gibt, die Wohnung nicht gleichzeitig Elektrogeräte nutzen kann und der Boiler für Wasser und Wäsche ausgefallen ist, und Es hat in einer Nacht 7-8 Mal ausgelöst.

Before I write anything,I would like to inform you that it's more than 30 years' experience in tourism, but I have never ever seen such behavior .I took the flix bus from montpolier to Milan on the way, and the bus broke down. I sent them an a whatsap message to inform them that my arrival time will be a little bit late ..so they send a message in which they told me to pay a 50 euro extra service.i agreed but when I reached Milan I called them and they told you reservation is canceled without refund. So I was abandoned at midnight with my wife and my children. It took me two hours to find another hotel. My wife and my children were really scared .especially am from morocco, and it is my first time in Italy.

Warning!! This property is NOT what the pictures present when booking! We arrived at midnight after a full day of travel and location and entry were somewhat confusing. There was NO hot water to shower when we arrived!!! Bedding was stained and had hair on it—disgusting! Room is small and not appropriate for a family of 5. Management did not mention on booking site that if you check in after 8:00pm you will be charged an additional $50, and will have to take a taxi 10-15 minutes away from the facility to register and get the key. This is incredibly inconvenient and UNSAFE when you arrive at 11:00pm with a family. When we contacted management to cancel they refused!!! Management had no concerns about a family waiting over 45 minutes at the train station while a family member went to register, come back, and then walking at midnight to find an apartment in the dark! Terrible…Terrible…Terrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I’ll start by saying - download Google Maps on your mobile. Even without internet it will work to get you wherever you heading out. + 15 min walk to from Milano Duomo, on the route there plenty of restaurants, cafe, grocery and deli stores. Pharmacy and metro 10-12 min away from apartment. The apartment was spacious - living room with TV, dining table, chairs and loveseat. Bedrooms are small. Small kitchen with fridge, sink, dishwasher?!, small electric plate for cooking. Spacious shower room with washing machine, and no dryer; toilet and bidet; two sinks. WiFi box for opening the door had a password on the bottom of the device. Working lift to the 4th floor. - you need to have/use internet for opening of the street gate (it’s keyless) and then the door as into the apartment was also keyless. Physical Keys were left inside for a further use. No mosquito/ bug screens on the windows. Noise from outside is loud, almost like NYC. The beams in the loft were issue for my tall husband‘ forehead. The place was not the cleanest, cobwebs in the corners, dead bugs on the walls smeared. Be aware to get to lift you have to walk with luggage two flight of stairs. Overall, I would book it again when travel with family of 4 as toilets flushed, water was hot in showers, good mattresses and good location.

We paid the stay for one night with other 4 families. We had a late flight and a one hour flight delay. We told the owner about the delay and that we would arrive at 12, and while we were on the way he told us that he wouldn’t let us in anymore because it was too late and he wanted to go to sleep. We kindly asked him to leave the keys somewhere for us to find but he ignored our phonecalls. We were left on the street to search for another accomodation and after 2 hours of searching, he asked to see our location, like he was expecting us to come back after he told us not to. An unreliable, unprofessional owner that I would never recommend. He refuses to give our money back despite all the discomfort he caused us.

Apartment was ok very central Whicker was good,but didn’t like the charge for laundry

Beware: if you are booking this hotel because it’s close to Centrale train station, IT IS NOT. The address is of the check in office. You will then be told to travel 1.7 KM to Via Pola, 19. I specifically booked this hotel for its proximity to the station because my sister is handicapped and has difficulty walking. I think this is deceitful and just wanted to alert others!
