Die Englischkenntnisse an der Rezeption sind nicht besonders gut. Das Abendbuffet ist billiger als in den umliegenden italienischen Restaurants. Die Tochter ist 15 Jahre alt und das Kind 9 Euro. Im Hotel können Sie das Mittelmeer sehen. Der Pool des Hotels ist sehr kalt. Es wird empfohlen, einige Handtücher neben das Hotel zu stellen. Die Nachtansicht rund um das Hotel ist wunderschön und es gibt ein sehr bedeutungsvolles Museum.

The loveliest little hotel ever !! Went the second week of our holiday to to Mijas Pueblo from Benal and what a transition , a great experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable ( room 7 ) with a lovely view from terrace over the busy wee square . Great Shower , Comfy Bed , efficient Air con , cleaned every day and free safe !! Breakfast each morning was incredible !! The staff could not do any more for you !! Infact the staff were absolutely lovely , so helpful and friendly !! This hotel is so good we have booked again for October and have booked a junior suite for a special experience ! The town itself is lovely , plenty eating places and great bars for a colds drink and chill watching the world go by. The hotel food is amazing as well and i would recommend at least a few dinners in the courtyard !! Will definitely continue to use this hotel it was a wonderful experience !!

Ich muss zugeben, ich hatte hier eine tolle Zeit. Wir gingen mit mehreren Familien und genossen die Hustle und Bustle. Das Unterhaltungsteam ist besonders freundlich und versucht, alle Nationalitäten in alle Aktivitäten einzubeziehen. Das Reinigungsteam machte eine erstaunliche Arbeit, regelmäßig die Schlafzimmer zu reinigen und jeden Tag zu machen. Sie vergaßen, unsere Handtücher zu ersetzen, aber wir warnten die Rezeption auf dem Weg zum Abendessen und als wir in unser Zimmer zurückkehrten, waren die Handtücher ersetzt worden. Ich habe hier einige Bewertungen über ein paar Mitarbeiter, die brutal oder grumpig sind, gelesen, und bei einigen Gelegenheiten am Frühstück und in der Poolbar sah ich dieses Verhalten. Aber als das Personal uns kennenlernte und wir über die Sprachbarriere kamen, konnten sie nicht genug tun, um zu helfen. Raul lachte und spielte am Ende der Woche, und er machte einige wunderbare Cocktails. Ich nehme an, was ich sage, ist, dass die Menschen Kundenservice fordern, aber nicht zeigen die Respekt, die manchmal benötigt. Wenn Ihr Ruhm an das Personal .. nicht die rote Teppich Behandlung erwarten. Das Hotel ist etwas alt, aber Blick und Lage ist erstaunlich, nahe Mijas und ein kurzer Taxi-/Bus zum Strand. Das Buffet-Essen wurde etwas wiederholt, aber gut gekocht und sie hatten viele Optionen für alle Altersgruppen. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt .. Sie wieder einen Tag sehen ...

Ein Hotel, das durch Architektur und Großzügigkeit überrascht. Sehr schöne Zimmer, freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Service an der Rezeption. Das japanische Lokal am The Beach hervorragend. Der Shuttleservice aufmerksam, wartete sogar auf einen verspäteten Zug. Alles in allem: großartig. Selten einen so großen, abwechslungsreichen und gut gepflegtes Fitnessbereich gesehen.

This was such an easy trip. Out the airport, a 3 minute walk to the train station and a 25 minute train ride straight to Torreblanca station and the hotel is right there. It's a 3-4 minute walk from station right into hotel reception. There is a very short incline just before you get into hotel. Arrival was great as the staff in this hotel are always so friendly and helpful. This extends to everywhere, restaurant staff are lovely, cleaning staff are lovely, bar staff etc, everyone is so nice. I had room 406 with a spectacular sea view and looking directly onto the beautifully manicured large garden area with sunbeds well distanced from each other and positioned on the lawns. It's peacefulness personified to just lie down there and read a book. So quiet. There is a large(ish) pool down at the bottom of the gardens with a more livelier pool up above, and closer to the hotel. This tends to attract families, although it's never been really busy anytime I have stayed. I do like the small pool bar there and it's lovely to sit outside of it and just watch the families in the pool. It also has a small much shaded area if you wanted to get out the sun for a while. Amenities are a short walk away, down a hill, and about 5 minutes walk. For the less able-bodied people, it is a bit of a steep climb back up to the hotel. It's doable, but you may just need to stop and rest. Until 7pm, you can get into the hotel through a side-gate half-way up the hill by using your room card for entry. This saves going up that last part of the hill which is the steepest. What I loved most is being able to walk out the hotel straight into the train station and head to Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Arroyo de la Miel, Plaza Mayor (huge shopping area) and finally back to the airport. No need to buy a ticket as just tap your bank card onto the Renfe big red dots at every station and that's you. Just don't forget to tap that dot again when you get to your destination station. All-in-all, a great holiday (always) and I have already booked for my next trip back there.
