If you wanna stay here you should know that the bathroom is not really clean and the housekeeper and receptionist aren’t friendly , is a good place but we thought they bring us a good service , we ask for stayover service but they didn’t do it !

Freaking lady manager does intervene have any listening skills whatsoever she is about 3 ft tall but when she comes to work watch out she is the giant !!!wo t say what kindagiant but I am really tryi gtokeep this clean !! Do not stay here nor friendly one but I think every body there hates everything anyways ya be careful here for sure do not stay warning if you do you will see

It smelled really bad, the tv was falling off the wall, the toilet was loose, the towels had stains, and there was no hot water in the beginning of January.

There was mold in the bathroom on the celing. Shower curtain was mounted badly that it wouldnt stay close (both sides fell to the center).

The Royal Inn price was attractive. At checkin, we finally knocked on their office door to get their attention, as they were in some kind of heated discussion in the back office.
The wifi password we were given didint work.
The room is in sad need of repair: the bathroom door is missing its handle, the closet is missing its door, we didnt shower as it looked sketchy.
Other than that, the room was relatively clean and we slept fair.

Totally getting worse each stay. Run down. Needs paint, repairs and to update furniture, linens and honest room descriptions. Had to change rooms due to a major repair need. Told it was to a comfortable two bed room. I did not need two beds. Had paid to have a refrigerator and microwave. Ended up with two beds, broken remote they could not replace and a non working coffee pot, no microwave or refrigerator which was important for an 8 day stay. Love the housekeeper but I am afraid I will have to be looking elsewhere in the future.
