The employees are all very friendly but specifically Karen. She is always making sure the trash is taken out, lobby is clean, and is always on top of everything. She also has a very good attitude and is extremely friendly to everybody she sees.

We stay in Hiltons when we travel and usually pick them by rating and location. Most of our stays are in Hampton or Garden Inns. Perhaps there are opportunities in this hotel for better experiences but room 424 was not it. When we pulled back the coverlet at 10 pm we found a stained comforter with some food bits adhered to it and sheets that looked slept in. It was late and we were tired so we did not ask for a new set of linens. The top sheet was so old that it was paper thin. Couch was soiled and the carpet had debris on it. The bathroom and kitchen area were clean which was a plus. The room faced east and there was traffic noise from Deauville street. Breakfast was tasty and had many hearty choices. We would probably choose another hotel option should we be driving through Midland in the future.

Stayed for two nights here. Very comfortable bed with firm pillows. Love the walk-in shower with dispensers and bottles too! Coffee was ready at 7:00 AM, which is what I needed. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff and a rapid check-in. Location of motel is great. Parking lot is nice and big. Has a great laundry room and excellent workout room. The air conditioning is excellent. Awesome wifi connection.

I've never stayed at a Hilton property, or any hotel for that matter, that didn't have soap to wash your hands or washcloths. The kitchen area had no dishtowels. The pantry area by the front desk had 5 candy bars a few bottles of water and 2 pot pies-never restocked during my stay. The tables were dirty. It was bizarre. The staff behaved like it was perfectly normal. Stay elsewhere.

Stayed for a baseball tournament. Received horrible customer service from the minute we entered the hotel from their ****** staff. Pool and common areas were closed, and there were roaches in the room and lobby. Still waiting on a call from management.

I am a diamond member with Hilton and stay in Hiltons 150 days per year. I walked into this hotel at 2pm and was promptly told I was an hour early and they could accommodate me in another room which was fine. Went to the room and it was directly in front of the elevator and told them I wanted another room at 3pm and will come back. She told me “that means I have to change your room, we can’t do that.” I went to try and go work out in the meantime while they clean and they are keeping a huge Doberman Pinscher in the workout room. This was not an assurance dog and didn’t have any vest. It looked like an employee was keeping their dog in there while they work. I promptly left and called Diamond Honors number and got a refund and went to the Homewood next door. Didn’t need the rude attitude and thought customers with status get some sort of acknowledgement and at least a smile. Stay at the Homewood if you are looking at an extended stay in Midland.

One of the best hotels in midland. Staff here is friendly and super helpful. They could do a better job or cleaning the rooms, especially the showers, but outside of that my room was good. Will stay here again for sure

We were in for a concert in town and stayed here for a brief visit. Was able to pick room on the app. Spacious modern room with refrigerator and coffee pot. Bed was comfortable and the heat/ac was easy to control. Pillows too small though and the shampoo/shower gel dispenser needed to be refilled. Common areas were bright and modern. Complementary breakfast was pretty sad though. Nothing really left at 8:30. Coffee was very weak. Overall a good stay and this is probably one of the best choices in Midland. Very convenient to many eating options in this part of town, although the better restos in Midland are in town. If they could up their game on the breakfast it would be nice. Unless one wants to be downtown this is probably as good as it gets. Recommended.
