Enjoy your morning coffee on the side porch rocking chairs or on the patio couch. Take a nap in the hammock as you listen to the birds chirp and if the ocean is particularly active, you can even hear the waves crashing. - The downstairs features an open living/dining room area. The dining room overlooks the well landscaped backyard and patio area. The kitchen is perfect for any chef with a six burner gas stove and contains all the necessities to create a gourmet meal. -There is a master bedroom on the first floor which is attached to an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also has a doorway that leads to the main hallway area. A full washer and dryer are located in a closet within the bathroom. - PLEASE NOTE: the fourth bedroom is a den on the second floor that contains a twin size bed, twin size trundle (with regular mattress), and sleeper sofa. This room has two doors that can be closed, however in order to access all other upstairs rooms you have to walk through the den from the staircase. This is a spacious den. - Air conditioner units are located in every bedroom and each of the common areas. - There is a pack and play for a little one. - Four beach chairs and two beach umbrellas are available for your use.
