And don’t forget to screenshot your check-in info before hitting the road—just in case! 🐶 We welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval and a pet fee. A few helpful ground rules: no pups on furniture or beds, please bring a towel from home to clean off muddy paws, and make sure to keep your dog leashed and picked up after during walks and yard time. Thanks for helping us keep the property clean and cozy for all guests! ❄️ Winter travel advisory: Delaware County is a rural, mountainous area. From October through April, snow and ice are common. We recommend AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles and good all-season or winter tires. 2WD or RWD vehicles may have trouble in winter conditions. The driveway is plowed and shoveled to the door, and we provide a shovel so you can keep the walkway safe during your stay. Check the forecast and travel safe! We have great neighbors, help us be great neighbors too! Check-In & Check-Out Times Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. No changes to check-in or check-out times are possible from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or on holidays. Outside of those dates, time adjustments may be possible with at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. An hourly fee may apply for significant changes. No parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Let Host know of daytime guests. No smoking or vaping indoors. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage. There will be a $500 fee for evidence of smoking indoors. One dog max are allowed with approval and additional fee. Sorry, no cats. I know, we love them too. Unfortunately there are too many guests with feline allergies. Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Cool? Cool.
