Place was easy to find and just a 10 min walk to tge town centre. Car park was £8 for 24 hours parking in blue bays. Room was as per any other premier in.
Only gripe room we was in heard what sounded like air con/water pipes squeaking thru the night

Staff seem nice food isn't to bad for what it is the room was clea but the bed was two beds joined together very uncomfortable lucky you only want one e cup of tea as only 2 sugars and 2 milks had to go ask for more couldn't get the heating working above 19 degrees blew out cold air I wouldn't stay here again

We booked a premier plus room here for a bagain price of £49! Great facilities with them all on the top floor which was surprisingly quiet both from other rooms and any traffic noise outside. We found the automated check in was a pain and there was very few staff around to interact with at anytime. The bar/restaurant area was quite small and again limited staff interaction, and what did occur was abrupt and direct. A good location on the edge of the town and close to the stadium although limited allocated parking (at extra cost).

The hotel rooms are in need of upgrading although premium rooms are of a high standard if you can book one for a reasonable price. However, the breakfast makes up for it - Sharon’s poached eggs on toast are the perfect start to the day and the selection of products on offer is very good.

Premier Plus room, was a standard room with fridge and coffee machine, no walk in shower, just a leaky shower over a bath, bed uncomfortable. If you want a premier plus room try another hotel. Not enough parking spaces for all guests. Hotel ok for one night if you are just looking for a bed.

We had a short stay over a weekend. We initially booked two nights but needed an extra last minute. The hotel kindly merged the bookings. We needed room service on day one which Jillian sorted for us. The service throughout our stay was great , everyone was friendly and so helpful :)

Great room, great service and great food. Staff were friendly and everything we’d want in a hotel. Highly recommend will be coming again. The bed was very comfortable which offered a great sleep. Shower and bath had amazing temperature control and left my skin feeling very soft.
