"The hotel service was top notched and very professional for a 3star rating. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. I had to travel early and deposited 2 bags at the counter. They had it sent to my room prior to my arrival as I had arrived late for the check in. The rooms were very clean, no funny smells and the linen were sparkling. Definite good recommendation for good prices."

"The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel. The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option."

"Sehr gut und praktisch ist es auch kostenlos zu parken, mit zwei Stockwerken Zimmern, die nicht so viele alte Leute wie das Autohotel sind. Der Service ist sehr gut, um den Aufenthalt zu verzögern und um Hilfe zu rufen."

"Just returned home after a very enjoyable stay at the Swan Valley Hotel. Rooms were beautiful and close to each other. Mini golf was a blast with the kids, such fun. A drink afterwards in the bar whilst kids played in the park, such an enjoyable stay."

"Cleanliness need to improve as there is sands in the room. Found there are few big or small spiders in room and bathroom. Overall we still have a good sleep over the two nights stay. The place is quiet."

The place was spotless and very well maintained – you can really tell the staff take pride in keeping it clean. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and local tips. One of the highlights was getting to meet kangaroos up close – such a unique and unforgettable experience! The resort is also very comfortable, with cozy rooms and peaceful surroundings that made it easy to relax. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway with a special touch of Aussie wildlife!"
